Horrible customer service! I will NEVER buy there again! They were tottaly discrimitating and disrespectful with me and my 2 friends today. The three of us are latinas and werent wearing fancy clothes. I was being helped by one makeup artist when another group or three white people walked in the store. The attendant stopped half way through the job and asked us to wait so she could help these people who had just walked in. 10 minutes later she comes back and puts on a concealer that was CLEARLY the wrong shade. (Even a child would know it wasnt the right one). She then asks "is that good?" (Seriously?) She stops helping us again when I, politely, double checked if thats the right color. She takes her time to help these other people. We wait and wait for a while, she helps them choose, walks them to checkout, makes jokes, laughs... Etc... until we couldnt bear it anymore. SHE TOTTALY IGNORED US maybe because she thought we were less important or didnt have enough money to buy these makeups... The rude manager also didnt help at all!!! We decided that was too much and went straight to Sephora, where we were SO WELL treated and got to buy all the makeup we needed plus some extra! This wasnt my first bad experience at this store!!! I dont usually write reviews... But this time, i felt soooo discrimitated in this store, i had to share!!!

I dont like to shop at establishments that make you feel as if you are less important than the next customer; this is definitely one of them. I had asked for the eye liners and the associate pointed in the direction of the liquid and pencil eye liners. I walked over to the liquid eye liner sections and there werent any on display and I didnt know which was what. I definitely needed help. I turned around and the girl that pointed to the eye liners quickly helped this older lady at the counter. No problem, so I waited in line. Another associate (#2) walked behind the counter and assisted the other associate (#1) helping the older lady instead. Another customer walked in after me and the second associate quickly helped her. I continued to wait patiently. No acknowledgement was given. I lost my patience and left the store. I must have been invisible today because it was as if I wasnt there. Crappy customer service especially at a reputable cosmetic store.

I love coming to this particular Mac store because the employees their are so helpful and nice. When I first started shopping there I was honest with one of the girls and told I didnt know much about make up and she basically gave me insight on what each product does and kinda taught me some basics. Ive been going back to the same girl unfortunately I dont remember her name. I only had a problem with one girl there who didnt really help me find a foundation that matched me cause Im so pale (I wear the .5 and 1.0 mixed to creat the perfect shade for me) so I tend to avoid her if Im in there but everyone else is wonderful!

I felt unimportant and also over talked! The artist did not allow me to really explain what I was looking for... didnt really listen Timmy concerns. On top of that frustration...she was so concerned about sales...every time someone walked I was put on pause so she can make a big sale! The bad thing...if I would have found my right color.. I would have purchased everything shown but I wasnt important that day

Felt very unimportant. My friend and I walked in without being greeted or even offered help. There were a total of 4 employees in the store at the time and no other customers. They were too busy putting make up on themselves to even acknowledge us. Not a good environment at all and the customer service sucks.

Never greeted as I walked in the door.. Never asked if I needed help! They continued what they where doing like no one else existed.. I will buy from Nordstrom instead.

Very poor mannerism on the side of a workers. Bad customer service and poor communication skills. They simply dont care for customers unless you are a familiar face.
