The customer service is the best, the products are overrated. I tried the expensive Sultana cube of soap. The fragrance is very pleasant, but I can get the same level of softness, or more from a bar of Dove, or Oil of Olay. For softness, I used some body lotion after the shower. I dont need the body lotion after I use shea butter soap, or Dove, but my skin felt dry after a shower with Lush soap.

I was a regular customer at the Galleria Mall location. I expected the same service at the Destiny Mall location. To my surprise the employees are catty and now I have charges on my credit card that I didnt agree upon. I dont see myself buying here or at any other lush location again.
