This site list Michaels hours from 9am to 11pm. I arrived at 8:56pm to find the door locked. I was told they were closed. i wxplained that the web site listed hours as closing at 11pm. i told her it was 8:58 and i just needed to get a small bottle of paint for a model i wanted to complete and I new where it was. She told me that shem couldnt open the door becaus of insurance regulations. What a 0crock. i made a wasted trip o get a $3.00 botle of model paint for nothing !Thats how to show customers that there patronage is valued.
