This location can get a bit busy and the guy running the place can get flustered. From the way other customers greeted him and he responded, hes getting the job done. But its not your Go Go lets move it out situation. Expect to slow down a bit and everthing will go okay. It did for me and my shipment was pretty tricky -- a return of a DVR to Verizon -- The instruction sheet required the UPS Store guy to enter some information and answer a questionnaire on his terminal when accepting the package. Due to no fault of his own, the transaction took close to an hour. It was the UPS / Verizon interconnect system. Apparently whoever at UPS built the transaction workflow & then the transaction process inside the UPS package acceptance system -- well, they need to be trained up or replaced. The steps were non-intuitive and not easy to follow and the software required actions which were not described on screen. Finally with the help of the UPS IT Tech support, we got done.... But I guess it caused a bit of a backup for some of the other customers ... Go meet this guy and give him more of your business if you can. Hes sure to get better with experience! - Mark

*Edit: My previous review (below) was completely my mistake, and Im sorry for the presumption! I did re-visit today, and everything was fine. Will be coming back for all my UPS needs. Ive changed my rating to reflect that, but still zero stars for mailbox jerk. Was looking for a UPS drop off that might by chance be open on July 4. Saw that this was the only place nearby on Google maps that noted "4th of July might affect these hours" instead of an outright "Closed today", so took a chance and stopped by. When I got there a guy (I assume owner/manager) was exiting the place, and I asked if it was closed. I got condescension in return - he asked me if I was from here, pointing out that it was the 4th of July, and that this was America. I may be Asian, but yeah, I was born and raised in this town. If the stores not open, Im cool with that - but didnt appreciate the implication that Im not American or patriotic just for asking if they were closed. I dont feel welcomed here, and I wont be coming back.

...And Ive been to a lot of them because as a sales rep many times I pick up products that are defective and ship them back myself for great customer relations. This store must not be run by anyone who knows how to treat the customers who provide their income. The help there need help--and especially on how to be pleasant to customers which should be their #1 priority and how to work a little faster. It takes forever whether you need something packed or just want to ship a package. Time is money for a salesman. Now, I avoid this store and go too another or to FedEx.

Go to another store. Terrible customer service. The UPS person at this place was extremely rude to my wife and me. He not only was in no disposition to help us right from the start, he got irritated when we asked him about shipping costs for what we wanted to send. He even made some nasty remarks, we left immediately. We were not expecting any special treatment, but we were not there to be disrespected either. This person seems to be the only one who works at this place, so there is no way around that. Avoid this store.

I wish I could give zero stars or maybe something like negative stars. This may have been the worst UPS experience ever. The guy is incredibly rude to customers as many have pointed out already. I came here couple of times and the guy lived upto his expectations of being the rudest UPS person alive. On one instance, I visited this place on Wednesday 2 pm and this shop was closed for no clear reason. I hope UPS notices these reviews and change the person or shuts this stupid place down.

what a rude personnel. The asian guy is so rude that you wont believe it. HE said that he doesnt give a S**T about customers... nor for the UPS. And started yelling when I asked him for a piece of TAPE.... WOOOW. I talked to him calmly and told him that I was going to call a corporate, he replied that he doesnt give a S**T... well go and try to talk to him... HES A CHEAP MORON WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO LEAD HIS OWN BUSINESS... I THINK HE SHOULD CLOSE DOWN... AND I HOPE HE DOES.

I dont know why people are giving them a bad hyper over there. I can tell you personally I have been dealing with the owner for several years now. Literally back in 2003 when I got back from Iraq and sold some stuff on eBay I would always go to him. He sends out the items in a very timely manner, the notary is good (dont know what else could be good about a notary). No issues at all, the only issue I have is he isnt open very late

Dont even waste your time tying this address into your GPS. Like others said-------- I hope I could leave a negative star. The disrespectful Korean owner is absolutely rude to everyone. They dont have Either manner nor customer service at all . What a shame that people giving their money to an uneducated business owner. Btw how come is this store ever exists till now? It doesnt deserve a penny to be spend.

I went here on my lunch break one day (about 45 minutes before he closed) and like other reviews have said, he told me the computers are down. I had to come back a couple days later to ship my item. The guy (Im assuming is the owner) was kind of rude, seems like he hates his job, yet doesnt hire any help. Im going to go to Edison Pack and Ship from now on for decent prices and the best customer service.

Needed to print a label for an ARS and have a damaged piece of equipment properly packed for me. The guy instructed me that the computer was down and had been for quite some time, so they couldnt print anything. He told me to try staples to use their printer and bring back bubble wrap because they had just run out. What a freakin joke. What exactly does this store even do?

Went to this location after the one in Metuchen turned out to be closed (even though they should have been opened according to their hours) and then this one also turned out to be closed even though it was before closing time. Is it just a UPS thing? What a waste of space. Total crap. Get your business in order. Fools.

Terrible place to ship items. Incompetent employee took down the wrong address. Delivery failed and UPS shipped package back to me two weeks later, looking like it had fallen off the back of a truck. When I inquired as to what happened, the staff was very rude. Look elsewhere for shipping.

I couldnt believe how slow the service was, given I was the only customer in the store. The employee had trouble with everything, from finding stuff to using the cash register. I talked with the owner at a different point, and I couldnt believe how rude he was. Would not go back.
