I love Michaels. Its always clean, well-lit, fairly well-stocked, and it happens to be on my route home. I cross-stitch, so if I need embroidery floss, I just keep a list on hand until I have the time to stop by. Sometimes the checkout lines move a bit slow, but the staff members I have encountered have always been friendly and helpful, especially in the framing department. Plenty of parking. Right next to the local Staples as well which makes it convenient if I need to go to both places in one trip.

I really wish they had Aaron brothers out here. (Owned by Michaels) ... Their drawing supplies are limited ... The only thing I can say is at least they constantly send out those 40% off a single item coupons. Thier customer service isnt a problem.
