Went in to upgrade my families iPhone 6s to iPhone 7. Four phones in total! The Sprint rep was extremely rude and misinformed. We were discussing the insurance and why it didnt make sense for us. You pay $10 a month and after a year your phone screen breaks. They tell you it will be $120 to fix... But wait Ive paid $10 a month for over a year. So thats $120 for a years worth of insurance plus another $120 to fix my screen =$240!! I can go in the mall and get it fixed in 30min for $100... He then started talking to me about viruses and totally got pissed when I said Macs both IOS and OSX are well protected against most viruses that affect PCs and Android phones. I have little to worry about there! He looked as if I was annoying him and I didnt know what I was talking about, when in fact Ive teched apple devices for over 18 years now and know first hand exactly what Im talking about... He apologized but I told my wife she could upgrade her and both the kids phones, Ill upgrade with a Sprint rep that will be honest and not use scare tactics to convince me os a service he knows I dont need! Shame on you Sprint for allowing this to go on in your stores. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN... ADD to this that he spent 3 hours transferring our information to our new phones and never asked us if we had already backed our phones at home... We all had backups!! We were charged for this as well! Avoid this store at all cost...

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars , I have had SO many bad experiences with this place and finally I decided to cut them off. First off the employees at this establishement lack so much knowledge on the products they are selling and they hit you with fees for nonsense. I purchased a tablet that I was paying for monthly along with a service for 2 whole years. My constant problem with them was that my tablet never had any service even though the bill was always being payed. Finally when the contract was over I told them about my unsatisfactory experience and they proceeded to inform me that the tablet was never actually Connected to the service I was paying for they proceeded with a "Sorry wish we could help and left it at that." This place is a joke and they urgently need to understand the concept of customer service and satisfaction.

Used this store to upgrade my phone. Was enrolled in auto pay (I have the receipt which shows they ran my credit card). We also switched to the unlimited data plan and was told that on the other two lines the lease payments would be dropped because we payed up through the two years. When we contacted Sprint, they had NO record that autopay was every set up. So this store just ran our card and had the number for no reason? (Obviously requested a new card after finding this out). They bumped up our insurance plans to the next tier. And also that they were incorrect about dropping the lease payments. I would never trust this store again with any of our phones.

Terrible place. Returned my galaxy note 7. Not only did they have no idea how to do the exchange right. They charged me a re-activation fee for the new phone I got in the exchange. Then I got and 850 dollar charge for a return kit for the galaxy note 7 all because the retard behind the counter didnt know what she was doing when she did the recall. Now Im on the phone for an hour with the billing department which has no clue on what happened. But the best part is My service is cut now because I refuse to pay this outstanding bill. Sprint is done for me and I will do my best to tell everyone never to go to this horrid place.

The store manager Ms Alvarado is not friendly at all !! I was at your store early afternoon and staffs were friendly and able to help me. But later in the evening I needed to go back there and inquire more about the device I was eyeing to buy. I needed help but the rest of the staff was assisting other customers. I approached her and appeared annoyed. Sounds like she has to stay a little longer because i asked for help and she was about to leave (??). So unprofessional! Not a good example to the rest of the staff. As a store manager, she should set a good example how to treat your customers regardless of the situation.

Ive had Sprint before and got it from this store. I was completely satisfied until I had problems with my phone and then I got another carrier because I didnt want to pay for an upgrade. I have still bought a few accessories here from time to time. Real convenient location. Ive personally seen a rep from this store spend over an hour on the phone with customer service on my behalf. I was only partially satisfied from the end result but the point is they tried. If I had to rate this store Id call it 5 stars but Id say the company as a whole is at about 3 stars.

Worst service of my life!!!. This guy, i dont know his name because he didnt have a tag and didnt introduce himself, right by the door at the entrance, mustache, made me him I was interrupting him, told me to call and they could help me over the phone. When I told him I knew but I wanted to make sure everything was ok, he started looking for the information at the computer and then somebody else came in, and he ignored me, so I left without saying anything. I will call Sprint to let them know. Worst service ever !!!!!

If I could rate this store under a 1, I would. This store is by far the worst Sprint store I have ever been to. The people that were there were extremely rude and when I gave the guy my phone to see if he could fix it, he deleted everything off my phone without asking and then had a smirk on his face when I saw. The worst store and employees Ive ever experienced.

I called in to ask for help on phone upgrades, and the guy was talking to me as if Im "disturbing" him. Excuse me for trying to get some help! Felt like he was trying to get me off the phone ASAP, and I didnt get anything out of this call. Not welcoming and will NOT ever attempt to come to this store again!

Went to get the galaxy note 5, but kept getting pushed to get the LG G4. Then after being harassed to get the G4 we finally asked for the Note 5 64GB, and was told that they had to order it and I had to wait 3 days. Screw their staff. Dont go in here and deal with these miserable people.

Terrible store everytime i go here my issues is never resolved. Went today and sat for 15 mins then a couple come in after me he tells them to sign in and oh you sign in too so now I became after them. I walked out wasnt beat.
