stood around for 15 minutes two employees helping one customer with the other employee on the phone and helping another customer. No acknowledgement of my presence so I left. Now I need a new phone and will go to best buy since their web site lists their hours of operation unlike this site. 3 years of ATT service now and it is time to find a new carrier. ATT just doesnt measure up.
