BUYER BEWARE !!! DORAL CARS OUTLET “HENRY” the owner and lead sales guy will lie to you and sell you a lemon without flinching. We test drove a vehicle that Henry said he took as a trade in from a family he has known and assured us that it was well taken care of and maintained properly. We noticed the speedometer not working and brought it to his attention and again we were assured it was well maintained and the miles were only a few more than the indicator showed. So we trusted Henry , what a mistake!!! After first week the check engine light came on and stayed on. They said it was nothing and sent Mom on her way.Six months later the car lost power , towed to mechanic and now it was serious. Mechanic said the motor had parts floating around inside motor and a complete motor would be needed at $3000!!! He added that the motor was NOT maintained and was in terrible condition!Mind you we put $3000 down on the car and owed another $3000 over 18 months. By this time we were in $4800 after the 6 or 7 monthly payments. We asked Henry what he could do and he offered the following:Take back the care and give a $600 credit which means we lose $4200 for a 6 month “rental”(that’s $700 per month for a 2001 used car).Henry then offered another car that is $6500 at the same monthly payment as Mom was paying ($260) for 36 months! Wait, the math then shows the $6500 car to end up costing $9360!!! So, we lost $4800 on the first LEMON, then Henry offers us another car worth $6500 for $9360 saying he had to charge 27% financing charge!!! WTF??? You sold us a crap car that you assured us was in great condition mechanically and now you want to charge 27% on another purchase…! So, 2 USED Cars with unkown high mileage for $14,000 +!!! NO, I DONT THINK SO HENRY!!! YOUR A FRAUD!!! ---------------LIES ---LIES ---LIES ---LIES ---SELLS LEMONS --- SELLS LEMONS--------------

I financed a 2004 VW Golf with Doral Cars Outlet, it took about two years to pay in full. The car never had a problem. It ran perfectly since the first day. Financing was not an issue, and payment was simple. The dealership is family oriented. The owner always provides the printed carfax for your purchase. He does not conceal anything with the vehicles. The carfax will tell the entire story of the car from day 1 straight from the dealer. Im not sure why other people had a difficult time, or their purchases had issues. I have only ever been given optimal service. A few months after paying off my VW I brought my 3 year old Son to shop for a newer trade in. I decided to trade the VW in towards a 2010 Mazda3. I was given the exact KBB amount for the VW, which I chose to use as a down payment for the Mazda3. Each car I have owned/financed with Doral Cars Outlet has had low mileage. Obviously the Mazda is newer so it had just under 50k. I originally purchased the VW with 80K. The cars needed minor check ups, but that is typical with any used vehicle. Personally, I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They are very honest. They do not try to swindle you. They know me by my first name, they even know my Son and Daughters names. They offer great customer service and will work with you to find the right purchase for you. If youre interested in looking for used car, dont read the bad reviews on this page and turn away... I read them myself in disbelief. Take a trip to the dealership and see for yourself. Its pretty obvious that the previous posters didnt request a carfax, and ultimately that fault relies on them.

Ive never considered writing a car buyer review, particularly for a used car buying experience. And as this was to be our 15th vehicle purchase over the past 30 plus years, I wanted it to be hassle free and took a chance on conducting most of my communication with Doral cars outlet via email. I was also on a business trip abroad at the time, so had little choice. I felt compelled to write this however, after I left the dealership in a mint condition used vehicle and had the paperwork done and was on the road in less than an hour.... The online and at dealership experience was simply seamless and superb. Luis was a consummate professional and his colleagues and management didnt play any games, stuck to the negotiated price (made & reconfirmed by manager Henry. online) and Luis had the car cleaned and prepped when I came to pick up the vehicle. Even post sales, Luis followed up with emails and a handwritten card expressing appreciation for the purchase. Thats a classy act, and its backed up by the keen attention, focus and support to the consumer this dealership appears to regard as its priority. Ive long been a cynic when it comes to dealing with car dealerships and sales people, but Luis. and his colleagues at Doral cars outlet truly made a positive and lasting first impression. When you leave a business feeling youd like to go back there again one day, then this particular dealership should be every bit as proud of the first impression it leaves on its customers; even for former skeptics like me.

I have now purchased two used cars from Doral cars outlet, both through the same salesperson (henry), and both times were the smoothest car purchasing experiences I could ask for. Price negotiation, trade-in valuation, dealer-installed option acquisition and installation, handling some one-off requests, completing paperwork, and in-person delivery were all done with utmost respect for my and my wifes time and with the expectation that we were fairly informed consumers. Wife and I purchased a CX-5 for her most recently, handled almost all of the transaction via email and remotely before arriving to pick it up. No games, no hassle, no pressure, just a very fair deal, a great buying experience, and very little time spent at the dealership waiting (probably my biggest pet peeve about buying a car). Why more dealerships and salespeople dont adopt this approach is beyond me, but this is how it should be done! Nothing but highest praise for Henry and the rest of the folks at Doral cars outlet. Im sure well buy more cars in the future, and I cant imagine buying from anyone else as long as they continue to provide the same excellent level of service and respect for their customers
