Beware of this dealership. I just bought a 70.000 $ car at Palmetto sports cars. The advertised rate was not honored, Ralp the sales guy and Julio his boss played a pathatic good cop bad cop game on us to hard sell us into the car deal. Finally the car was handed to us with worn of tires and several damages that could not be seen before the way the car was displayed. Upon later complaints Ralph and Julio just hung up the phone an none of the problems were delt with. Only go there if you would like to experience a "Cuban Style" rip off/nightmare. I will never buy a car there again.

Awful dealership total scam they sold me a supercharged Range Rover that had been in an accident they did not tell me about so far I am into it an additional $15,000 replacing nearly all of the suspension components on the front end and a new bumper... Oh yeah, plus they will not send me the title and it has been over 2 months ... they claimed they mailed the title to me ...regular mail....the last I heard it was a good idea to use FedEx for a title on $50,000 cash paid car . Please stay away from this dealership the salesman I used was Julio..... stay away

FRAUD!! BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Bought a 60k dollar car here had it shipped based on their description of a PERFECT car. Car came with numerous chips, dings, broken mounts on body panels. Worst of all THE CAR HAS A BAD TITLE! Im stuck at this point and have a long road ahead trying to sort this bs out. Stay away theyre all sleazeball crooks who should be rotting away in jail. Lots of similar stories online as mine. Total human garbage all of them at this place.

Bait & Switch pricing: Listed car for $18.9k, then when I agreed to purchase, they asked me to complete many documents and come pick up the car. After insisting to send me the final price, I see they raised the price by $1k, added useless warranty (Car has manufacturer warranty), useless gap insurance, outrageous dealer fees and a car that with taxes should have been under $21k, was increased to $25.2. I wasted two days due to lack of transparent pricing from this dealer.

I just called this dealer to ask a few simple questions about a $130k Bentley GTC. The salesman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and arrogant. It seemed like just too much effort for him to help me. This business has just lost a potential sale. Just on the basis of their lack of professionalism over the telephone I would not deal with this company or recommend anyone to do that same. There are plenty of other car dealers around, I will be giving this one a miss!

Unfortunately, this dealership is all about SCAMMING people out of their hard earned money. They tried to sell me a $117k car which they knew was a lemon and never mentioned it as required by LAW and kept my refundable deposit which is currently in dispute. Terrible experience.. BEWARE!!!!!
