(I wouldnt have put any stars, but that is not an option-it should be.) After purchasing a vehicle this past May from Rick Case Fiat in Weston, both headlights stopped working and upon inspection by Greenway Fiat, in Orlando, were found to have done so because the previous owner had installed "illegal" headlamps, causing the wires to short out while also melting the connectors and leaving the headlights inoperable. Both myself and the service personal at Greenway Fiat contacted the service manager at Rick Case regarding this major safety issue that should have been spotted upon inspection, but was instead passed off to an unsuspecting customer, i.e., myself, and now in need of repair, and were assured that after receiving photos of the damage would be repaired at the cost of Rick Case Fiat. However, this is not what has happened, and after contacting both Juan and my salesperson several times, I am still playing phone tag and unable to drive at night because the vehicle does not have working headlights, a major safety concern. What would be ideal would be for Rick Case to meet their obligation of repairing this major fault, which should have been caught by the service department at the time of the vehicles pre-sale inspection, but was not. The headlights that were installed into this Fiat are not only illegal for use in the State of Florida but are also a much higher voltage than is safe to use in this vehicle. What saddens me is my salesperson Juan was incredible and has been very helpful, however he can only do so much. Its disappointing when an organization as prolific as the Rick Case Automotive Group would rather push customers around cornering them into costly self-repairs that should have been attended to prior to their stocks sale.

Got a great deal.... Shipped vehicle. Fully certified.... 1. Missing filler cap for one of the fluids in engine compartment, remaining fluids on minimum 2. Battery completely dead required new one from dealership here. 3. Vehicle needs to go back in again... air con not working. 1 month later still no plates... no title ...despite being assured everything was done and I just needed to wait for them. They sent me a new set of temp plates which I got. Told delay was them waiting for the emissions test from me, someone was supposed to let me know. Got emissions test done and left a message with sales rep asking for the name he had given me to send it to..... nothing day later sent another text.....nothing. Awesome service especially in light of the fact they know I am looking to spend another $30k in cash on another vehicle.

Deserves 0 stars.... Terrible experience, never coming back here and I definitely recommend you dont come here either. The people here only care about making money off of you for bad quality cars. Salesmen here are very dishonest individuals. Used car sales manager did not do a good job at all with a used 2015 honda accord. Did not know job very well and did little to help with the process. Continued to lie about bank information and car information. Rude, ignoring all forms of communication for days at a time and very unprofessional. My car is less than a month from the dealership and there are problems with the fuel system. Accidents on the vehicle.

Worse dealer experience (Rickcase Honda) They try to pull a fast one on you.... telling me the other dealers I got quotes from lied to me and then tried to sell me a hybrid accord, whos msrp is 33k, for 49k because of the balance of my trade in. They are a bunch of b.s. talkers and they shouldnt be trusted. I hope Rick and Rita read these reviews.

Treat you like you down know your own car, even when you specifically tell them whats wrong. At least if they get anything wrong its covered under honda. Good thing my car is a Honda I never have to visit the shop.
