Two months into owning a car from them and its the worst. Im glad everyone else seems to have had a great experience. I have had to take the car to the mechanic on more than one occasion. A 2014 Volkswagen jetta and it has cut off onm me three times in my two months of owning this vehicle. My tags still havent arrived yet and apparently its because the main office never got the memo that they received my check. Someone from the main office called me, asking when I was going to have the check ready. As if I would have been able to drive off the lot without payment first. So this was their reason for not sending me my plates. Called the office to find out what theyre going to do about the shutting off issue and kept being placed on hold. Then I was told all the managers were with customers. So instead of taking my number down to have them call me back, I was told to call back in twenty minutes. When I did, of course no one answered the phone. I will definitely be calling the corporate office and letting them know, especially because Enterprise has a partnership with my company.

The sales lady Keisha was very nice and made me very comfortable as well as my 1year old daughter. After all the waiting i drove off with a 2015 Toyota Corolla with 43000 miles.....a week later i was called back and told i needed to bring in an additional $700 more dollars or return the vehicle.....after signing all the paperwork I thought the deal was approved. This is the 1st time something like this happened to me. So I returned the vehicle the next day very upset and embarrassed, but thank god I was able to find something better at Chevy. 2017chevy cruze with 3 miles with less payments!!!! Overall I will express my experience when Im asked about enterprise car sales!!!

My husband had a stroke and I needed a minivan since it was higher than a sedan for him to get into and able to fit a wheelchair between the front and middle seats so as not to take up the whole trunk. We purchased a Chrysler Town & Country on May 24. Andy and Leon were our sales team. The level of customer service and caliber of professionalism and helpfulness went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who is in the market to purchase an automobile. They made this transaction painless and professional and we left extremely pleased. I will follow these guys when I am ready to purchase another car.

I liked the service, but the lack of information with the vehicles, Im more interested in the performance of the vehicles, my experience of getting the car loan is very simple here at Enterprise, what do have concerns about their one-year warranty what it covers "he say" " you say" does not leave a good impression in my head,,, salesperson needs more knowledge about the vehicles the they are vehicle selling and be more or transparent how about the warrantys (Overall) very easy to get a vehicle,,, that one year warranty of Enterprise not clear enough for me... Thank you

Sales people friendly but finance department is terrible. They arent up front about anything and apperantly like to waste peoples time and money. I dont live any where near this location and I was told twice to come in that I was approved and once I arrived both times the finance company shot me down. Why waste my time and just not tell me the first time??? Very unsatisfied with this place.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Who wouldve known buying a car would be so easy. Well at least with enterprise it was. The staff are all great and they make sure that all of their customers are satisfied from the beginning of the experience until even after you drive off the lot! I would definitely recommend my family and friends to purchase their vehicle here.

Felt unappreciated and lied too often. Things were always a hassel and slot of miscommunication. The If I didnt trust my credit union with my finances, I would have chosen somewhere else. Overall, the team needs more professionalism and passion for their customers.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem is telephone wait time when you call around 5:45; you dont get staff you are on hold and then they close. Otherwise everything is great there.

I rented a vehicle whiled getting my own car serviced. I usually use Avis. There, I just get in the car and drive away. Enterprise took over an hour for me to pick up the car. I will not go back.
