I was here in April 5th 2017 for a Ford Mustang. I had an appointment setup with Tyler. I walked in and was received by Tyler. He said Steve is gonna take care of me. Steve showed me the Mustangs in the lot, explained to me the difference in torque, horsepower, etc. i was interested in Ford Certified Pre-owned Mustang Ecoboost Premium 2016, which had about 22k miles on it. The price they put up is 25k. I thought Ill try to negotiate with the salesman, and see if numbers worked out. They gave me a figure for my trade-in which was far low than what they said over the e-mail, which was still fine with me. Now comes the part of credit. They ran my credit, they said Ford has denied me credit. I was like "wow!" I left the dealership, went back. My revolving credit usage shot up that week coz of my travel to Europe. I wasnt happy about being denied, coz thats the first time, Ive ever been denied credit. I, then tried with Capital One, I was instantly approved without a penny of down payment. I was happy, and I called up Steve to tell him I was approved. I asked him that we need to talk numbers first. He bluntly said "no". He said, it was the internet price, and nothing can be done. I got disappointed. I told him, Im not happy with the price and the service, and hung up. A couple of things here, 1. The car had 22k miles on it. Theyre selling it for 25k. They said the car has warranty of Ford, blah, blah, blah! I know it has warranty, but that doesnt mean that you can sell it overpriced. 2. A salesman should always be open to negotiations. I understand that the price wasnt set by salesman, but at least a simple negotiation rather than saying a blunt "no" would help a lot. Ive received the best customer service at Autonation Ford Miami. They charged me dealer fees, and I dont care about it, coz I have received a good customer service than here. Ive received a couple of e-mails from Tyler asking me for my business. Im sorry, Ive already taken my business elsewhere, a place where I was treated well. I bought a new 2017 Mustang GT, btw.

Im the guy in the family that always get stuck negotiating the cars for the family, so I deal with all kinds of dealers (for family). Sawgrass is a good dealer with a GREAT sales team. I worked with Tyler who is probably the most helpful sales associate Ive dealt with. I also think I got a good deal even though it was a verrrry expensive truck. I had a trade-in which we all believe is in better shape than they are. But I can typically do some research and get to a number that is relatively close. Not this time, my number was about 10% off. Thats the highest its ever been. I was within 1% just two months earlier with another family members purchase. So, I think I got less than it may have been worth. The Financing department was a bit of a letdown. The team is very professional and happy to go over all the great things they have to offer. The only downside is the rates that were offered were higher than the rates i was offered by the bank. I wished they had better rates than the banks or at least could have offered the same. It was odd that the bank works with this dealer and the dealer may not have had access to the same rate? Delivery; the new truck I bought had a few scratches that I pointed out. Most of them were cleaned up before I drove the truck off, BUT some had to just stay. Literally, the dealer said that the truck is so new that they cant fix the damaged part. NEW TRUCK, never driven off the lot. It cant be fixed because its to new. Thats a new line for me!! Plus, someone had lunch in the truck and left some splatter on the dash and sides of the seats. I cant blame them, if I was in that heat, I would pick the truck with the Air conditioned seats as well!

First off, I absolutely hate the process of buying a car. My wife loves it, but me, Id rather have a root canal. That being said... My barber had many good things to say about this place and told me that I should go for a visit and speak with John Troia. It didnt take me much time at all to figure out why he was so high on this guy. Originating from the Midwest, I have a keen sense of smell when it comes to Bull.... There was no nonsense with this guy. I told him exactly what we wanted (a loaded 2016 Mustang convertible), he gave me a great price, we placed the order, and were on our way in a short amount of time. We probably bent his ear a little more than he wanted but it was such an awesome and comfortable experience that we werent in a huge hurry to leave. Fast forward to the day of arrival for our new car... John had asked that Dan Shamir complete the sales process. I am so glad to have had such a nice guy to lead us through the process of completing the transaction. He was very kind, patient, and accommodating. We were anything but easy to deal with as we considered changing our minds to go with a different vehicle (Explorer). Yup, thats right - we ordered a car, waited for it to arrive, and almost changed our minds. Given our indecisiveness, you would think we wouldve received at least one sigh during the process. Nope! Dan was awesome and more patient than any sales person that I can remember. I cant thank these guys enough for making this the ONLY car buying process (Ive bought many in my 48 years) where I didnt experience buyers remorse after leaving. I highly recommend visiting these guys the next time you find yourself in the market for a Ford!

After taking delivery of my past three FORDS all 2015s, a Platinum F-250, a Taurus SHO for the wife and a new F-150 for the business. Needless to say I have had good luck with the Ford products since my first one in 2004. I bought it from Herb Kirkland, yet soon found out that the only shining star in there SERVICE DEPARTMENT was a girl they called "Sam". Well, I finally had to take ion my 2012 Raptor and had a request, that many dealers would have objected to. I simply wanted to talk to the tech that was working on or was going to work on my truck. She went running to find out if that would be *ok*, and yes, for a moment I could go talk to the tech. The answer was "Yes, Yes you can" Great, waked back my door panels were layed out with care and pride. What they didnt know was that I had wrenched on cars as an ASE Certified Master Tech for Drivability back in the "80s and they had know way to know this. The service writer is the POINT of contact, Samantha isnt there anymore (AutoNation Ford Ft. Lauderdale) I had to take my NEW F-250 in for a minor issue and it was the Keystone Cops in action!! Holy Cow, I have never5 been treated like me or my money meant almost NOTHING to the service dept. THEN, by the good grace of God, I met someone who said he takes his F-250 to SAWGRASS FORD and he spoke to no-other than my girl!! SAMANTHA has been located!! YEAAAH!!! Its a good day and its nice to have someone actually *care* about the needs of the customer. Sam ROCKS and even when its bad news, she feels it and understands. EXACTLY AS I DO IN MY BUSINESSs Service dept and we are rated as the highest CSI in the Country
