It is a family-run business. The optician/owner, Luigi and his sister, had failed to deliver what they promised. The first day I went there, I told them I wanted no white edges on my lens. I made that perfectly clear and Luigi said he can do it and even better than my old glasses. After two months and numerous visits of waiting between 30-40 minutes, I not only cant see out of the periphery of glasses, but they have the awful white edges. Then I went there to tell Luigi what I found out on the internet on how to reduce the white edges by using multi-coating and he got angry. He said not for me to tell him how to do his job. Luigi even called the cops just becuz I was saying that he didnt deliver what he guaranteed in front of his customers. I would stay away from them and tell all your friends. Now I have a pair of $500 glasses that I cant stand. I also met a customer on the way out of the store and she said she cant see out of her glasses that Luigi made. One last thing, the sister/woman told me that she would give me first $50 and then $100 refund in xchg for the glasses because it is impossible to make what I want. Its more like its impossible because he doesnt know how to do it. What I dont understand if its impossible, why didnt they tell me that before so I dont waste my time?? And also dont people stand behind their work anymore. THE FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS IS FULL OF LIARS. Stay away from this place.

Overpriced and horribly unethical business. Put 2 lens in my elderly moms glasses when only one lens was prescribed by Doctor, but then charged her both. He acknowledged that the mistake was his, and gave her a small discount, but when compared with the cost of the one lens in other shops, it was still over $100 more than it should have been. The real kicker was that he threatened her -- an elderly person with dementia -- said hed take her to a collection agency if she wouldnt pay up, upsetting her terribly. Do not do business with him, and if you do, make him give you a detailed bill for what you will be charged for, BEFORE you order any glasses. No telling what he will charge you for after.

My entire family has purchased all of our eye wear from 20/20 optical for the last 15 years. The service is always friendly and glasses are delivered in a timely manner. The frame selection is out of this world----incredibly unique and you dont see these any place else. Professionalism is a priority there and we have not experienced anything negative with any of our numerous purchases or just visits for regular adjustments. Not sure what the naysayers are talking about, sounds like they went to a different establishment and are confused. But then again, there are people out there who are impossible to please and become vindictive.

My wife, Helen and I have been regular customers with 20/20 Optical for some 20 years. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else for our eye care. Their customer service has always been far beyond the call of duty. Their attention to detail is superb and we love their selection of frames.
