I am typically very antsy about medical exams, but this office is a breath of fresh air. The staff was incredibly supportive in setting up an appointment the same day I called and helping me navigate through my insurance (which is always confusing for me). The technology used throughout the exam was amazing, and Dr. Bussa and his staff do a remarkable job of explaining everything to the patient. Not only did their explanations put me at ease, but they also truly taught me something about my eyes! This office is very patient-inclusive throughout the exam, which makes Nervous Nellies like myself much more comfortable. Everyone in the office was professional, but also went out of their way to be friendly, which I find to be very rare in South Florida. I have never left a doctors office so genuinely pleased with my visit as with Dr. Bussas Premier Eye Center. I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone. A huge thank you to Dr. Bussa and his team for providing such exceptional care in addition to such grand customer service!

Dr. Bussa and his team are super friendly and professional. Dr. Bussa spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions and explaining everything in details. I had a lasic surgery done in 2004 and since then have not really visited eye doctors. For the past week my eyes have been itchy, watery and constantly tired. I was not sure if this was due to allergies, eye pressure or computers. Dr. Bussa quickly reviewed tests (by the way they have pretty extensive tests) and explained that I have dry eyes. He suggested to treat dry eye with plugs and assured me that procedure is not painful. Note not all vision doctors know how to do that and might send you to a different doctor. Luckly not with Dr. Bussa. It took him 2 minutes to put plugs into my tear ducts and to my amusement I felt relieved within seconds! Thank you Dr. Bussa for instant relief! If you want top quality service visit this place. You will not be disappointed!

I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Bussa several times now for exams, glasses, & and an eye emergency. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame and they have all been quick appointments- not a lot of unnecessary waiting or over booking. I highly recommend Dr. Bussa and his staff. They are extremely knowledgeable of the current technologies and treatments and are willing to help in any way they can. The office as a whole is a pleasant environment, and Dr. Bussa is wonderful. Jaime is a fantastic member of his staff. I have received personalized care regarding pricing, etc. for my daughters glasses. She helped more than she will ever know. Thank you Dr. Bussa and Staff! Keep it up- we will be coming to you for a long time! :)

I have several issues with my eyes so choosing an Optometrist is very stressful. Choosing Dr. Bussa was definitely the right decision. Everything ran smoothly and on time. The office had the latest technology, which is a big selling point for me. Dr. Bussa explained everything in detail and did not rush any part of the exam. The billing was explained in full and there were no surprises (which I am typically use to at other offices), and no pushy sales pitch for things that were not necessary. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have not had my eye exam for some years now. I googled Premier Eye Center and made my appointment. My first visit with them was amazing!! The staff was very kind, fast and knowledgeable. Dr. Bussa was very intelligent and educated me throughout my eye exam and the outcome results. I never had problems with my eyes until a few months ago nothing major but slight headaches at work and seeing far at night. I picked up my glasses today and their perfect!!!!!!! its like HD im so thankful for their honesty and assistance.

I have been a patient at this office for over 5 years and there is a good reason for that. Its mainly because of the amazing staff they have, from the people who work at the front desk to Dr. Bussa, everyone has been nothing but helpful. I understand most people dread going to the eye doctor but honestly it has been nothing but pleasant every time I go here. Everyone takes the time to explain what each exam does and even help you pick out the perfect frame or contacts. I would recommend this eye center to everybody!

Dr Bussa and his staff were so friendly and helpful, this was our first visit to this office as we were getting my 8 year old glasses for the first time . He explained everything so thoroughly and took his time. A huge thank you to Jamie and Fanny, who helped us pick frames and made sure we got something that would fit him well and were appropriate for him- made Jake feel included in the decision - all the while keeping me informed of cost/insurance coverage, etc. I couldnt ask for better treatment!

Dr. Bussa is very knowledgeable and cares a great deal about patient satisfaction. He takes time to educate the patient on the realities of finding quality eyeglasses and lenses. Dr. Bussa and his staff are friendly, accommodating and highly professional. I would strongly recommend going to this private eye doctor rather than one of the corporate providers where you will not enjoy the same kind of individualized care and overall experience that you get with an office like Premier Eye Center.

Being new to the area, I was concerned about finding a new optometrist. However, after a little research, I found Premier Eye Center and scheduled an appointment. The entire staff was very friendly and polite. No one was pushy when recommending the ancillary proceedures that they offer. My eye exam was concise and very comfortable. I cant say enough good things about my experience with them! From start to finish, they were great!

Julian is always pleasant when helping me select my glasses, and Jamie is pleasant and wonderful as well. Dr.Steve Bussa is very gentle when he does my exam and is very thorough. Seriously Good Eyecare from Seriously Educated and Nice People. Very thorough and attentive to my inquires. And I had many. At no time was I rushed or shushed. Each office staff processed something, so I feel like I "met the whole Family" so to speak. Totally opposite experience from what Im used to at the VA. Making the permanent change, am happy to say, Premier is my Primary Eye Care Center now!

I called for an appointment and they put me on hold. I was waited for 15 minutes and hanged up. I called back again. I told them that I was on hold for 15 minutes, then they took my all information, they didnt gave me any appointment but saying we will call you back. Since then I didnt receive any call from them. So, you can imagine their service. Worst experience I ever had with any doctors office.

Premier Eye Center was very thorough and helpful with my exam and contact lens fitting. I appreciate the customer service and genuine kindness from the staff. At no fault of theirs, I experienced trouble with my lens and they were very helpful with correcting the situation. I will certainly recommend their services and am looking forward to replacing my glasses with their help.
