“Better or worse, Franklin?” “better or worse?,” Dr. Glasser said as he performed my eye examination at Elite Vision Center. After pinpointing my prescription with expert accuracy, Dr. Glasser stated, “I love what I do.” That is what you get when you go to Elite Vision Center for all of your eye care needs—people who genuinely love what they do—ensuring that their customers leave not just with a new pair of glasses, contacts, or expert advice—but with a smile on their face. Johnny’s knowledge of the different types of lenses available, and their different strengths surpassed my expectations and helped me choose the right lens for me—I went with his advice and chose the anti-glare crizal lens with transitions. Michael--who not only personally shaped my lenses and adjusted my frames to fit the specific contours of my face--but whos warm smile and patience made me feel at ease as I perused through the displays looking for the right pair of frames. And Donna, the cleaning lady, who actually took the time to help me decide between two frames that were equally extraordinary in their own unique way. I received my glasses about a week later and the difference was night and day! Elite Vision Center—thank you for making an otherwise routine-like errand, into a memorable experience!

Except for the lovely doctor from MA, I feel like the two guys at the front are misleading and not very genuine. I am only giving 2 stars because the Doctor (whom Ive forgotten his name) - otherwise I would have given only 1 star. Doc is charming and full of life. They are not very organized. I ordered contact lenses with them 4 weeks ago. Although they gave me a trial pair, I was promised that they would call me the following week and I would be getting the extra boxes. 4 weeks passed. No call. So I finally went in today (Tuesday) and the guy at the front desk told me casually, "oh they must have just come in Friday". In addition, when I went in a 4 weeks ago, they couldnt find my name amongst the files all over the floor. Today, they finally had my info (but had neglected to call me). They have good products, however. I will give them that. They are hard sellers and dont give you the right information until after youve spent your money with them. Then they change what they told you initially (when you thought you were getting an "AMAZING" deal). I see good reviews - which is great for them, but I needed to say something.

My bad experience started with the doctor. He acted like he wanted nothing to do with me. I explained that i was experiencing dry eyes which he said to put water in them. I looked puzzled and searched online and read that this could badly damage my eyes. Next i got some expensive glasses and they acted like my buddies until they got my money. I called later that day to tell them there was a defect on my lens and seemed annoyed about it even though its under warranty. I asked them twice about the lens n assured they would call me back. I waited 3 weeks and never got a call back. Very unprofessional. I wont be going back. They are crooks with a smile. Also their selection of glasses is very tiny.

Ive had eye problems since I was a teenager. I went to eye Dr after another. Im not sure how but most of them said I had 20/20 Vision. When I first moved to Florida I went here. Finally after years I had a place that actually helped me & was able to get me a pair of glasses that worked. Ive been going here for a few years now. Johnny and Mike are like family to me. Both of them always take care good care of me. They know what they are talking about and genuinely care for their customers. I refuse to go anywhere else for my eye exams and glasses.

Staff very friendly, even it was the first time I had to pay that much for a pair of glasses. When I got my glasses, they did not work for me. I had to come back to the vision center. They send my glasses back to be fixed but when I pick them up, still did not work. I do not see clearly with them, so they are in my purse and I am using the old ones. It was a really waste of money. Now I used my insurance, and I cannot ask for a new pair of glasses that really works for me. It is the first time this happen to me.

I bought a Groupon for $89 for a contact exam. They wanted me to get some expensive custom made contact lenses (no brand) that I didnt need and I needed to pay an extra $40 for a trial pair? Know your rights. you can get your glasses prescriptions and walk out, dont overpay. And for contacts lenses dont pay for a trial pair. Went somewhere else paid $49 and got everything done without having to pay for a trial pair. Waste of time!!!

Very knowable and friendly staff they went above and beyond ..they provided me with great information on eye care health which none of the “Chain” optical places that I have been to before took the time to educate me on …… overall great experience at Elite the information provided, service and products….. I got some colored contacts and glasses!! Love them, trendy day look and night

I live in Aventura and still commute to them, customer service is 5-star plus. involved in a serious motorcycle accident and my mother called to obtain a new pair and they personally delivered them to the hospital so my mother did not have to leave my bed side. That right there is remarkable service my friends.

Recently purchased a gorgeous pair of Gucci shades and I couldnt be happier! The price was reasonable and service 5-star. The gentleman who helped me pick the perfect pair was incredibly patient and knowledgable about different frames matching different face shapes. Great place, you must check out! :)

Ive been to a handful of eye stores over the years and have never been handled with as much professionalism and attention to detail as Johnny and Mike have shown me. I would highly recommend their services to anyone shopping around for Eyewear, contacts or even an opinion. 5 stars all the way!

I found their office on groupon. No wait time. I was able to get seen immediately. Purchased anti glare Prada glasses at a great price! Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Sales guy was informative and not pushy. Overall excellent experience. Will recommend.
