There is this heavier black woman with almost an afro, but not as pretty, who is a huge c word. I tried to return my glasses, and told her 3 times that I wanted to return them and not exchange them. The frames are too big and my doctor change the prescription. It was within the 60 days, and she kept pushing that I do an exchange. I need kids glasses to fit my face and I didnt like any of theirs. I didnt have the card on me, since it was my husbands that paid for it. I know for a fact you can do a return by punching in the card number, which he had and could do over the phone. She was just too lazy to do her actual job and gave me huge lip about returning these glasses. I will never shop at another Walmart again for glasses since it is this hard to return them. Not to mention the personal is horrible.

I took my daughter to pick up her glasses at Walmart Vision center around 8:45pm. As we were approaching the Vision Center I saw a man closing up. I asked if they were just closing and he informed me they have been closed for 45 minutes. I told him we only needed to pick up the glasses and he did not hesitate to let us in and assist us. The glasses needed some adjusting and I said I would return another day during business hours. This man, John, took the time to adjust the glasses until they were just right. I am so grateful to John for taking such good care of us, especially since it was after hours. It is rare to find people like John. It is this kind of customer service that will retain my loyalty to The Walmart Vision Center in Davie. Thanks again John.

Good. Took my friend and I two times each to get our contact prescriptions correct. However, they lady at the front desk was nice. They allow walk-ins, and I would recommend coming early, just in case people forget/miss their morning appointment.
