Worst experience ever. It has taken them over a month to deliver my sons glasses. After the eye exam they added a whole bunch of fees, I brought my own frame and it still cost me over $ 209.00 dollars, where are the promotion advertised???. I just called for the fifth time and now they say the glasses got there on the 3rd. Still, I never got any calls and thats 3 weeks later. In the meantime, my son complaining from headaches having a very hard time in school. I went to Visionworks yesterday and got the eye exam, prescription, new frames for my daughter in 2 hours., added guarantee for 1 year and the frame were Chelsea Morgan. My total cost $ 157.00. They did apply all the promotions and incentives they advertised. Eyelab will never get a dollar from me or any of my friends or family members. So, I went yesterday to pick up the glasses and guess what? glasses were broken, no explanation given or any solution to the problem offered. WOW, the amount of lack of care shown by the staff is unbelievable. Today, the general manager , Clancy was very helpful and understanding and gave me a full refund. He listened and hopefully he can start cleaning house soon before more people get ripped off by this unhelpful staff.

Mi cita estaba pautada para la 9: am, la óptica se abrio justo a las 9:00, las empleadas entraron a acomodarse, esto les tomo 10 minutos, momento en el que fuy atendida con un sintese que ya la atendemos; a las 9:30, me tomaron un examen de máquinas y volvieron a sentar para esperar a la optometra que entro a las 9:48; esta señora, sin saludar me ordenó entrar a el consultorio a las 10:00 y no sabía para que yo estaba allí... Total desastre, los otros clientes también etaban incomodos, mientras la especialista salia y entraba del consultorio perdida. Salí de eyelab sin receta, ni contactos ni lentes... No vuelvo más

The WORST experience ever. Customer service SUCKS!!!! Called to check on lenses and contacts because we were told twice that we would be called and never were. First thing out of the reps mouth, "we dont call anybody, it is an automated system". First sign of crappy service. Then, after being put on hold for 10+ minutes I was disconnected. I called back and was told today, 5/17 , that my order for contacts from 4/30 were never shipped. This was after initially being told that they were there and I made a trip on 5/14 for nothing. It was then that we were told that they would arrive on Tuesday and someone would personally call us. Never happened. So, after telling the associate they were lacking in customer service and started to tell her why, I was hung up on. They have a young, inexperienced and immature staff. Do not know how to handle the public in out of ordinary situations. No follow-up. Customer is NOT their first priority. Let them keep up with this way of doing business and well see how long they last. I will request a refund and make sure I tell everyone I know never to go there.

My boyfriend and I have had te WORST experience at this place. We went in for two exams, glasses and contacts about six months ago and we still havent been able to buy our contacts because the results of the eye exam have had to be modified three times for my boyfriend and four times for myself (the doctor keeps giving us the wrong prescription!) Thats not all, I took a pair of frames to get the lenses updated and they completely changed the fit of my old frames to the point that Ive had to go back several times to get them adjusted. First it was too tight, then they curved them around my face as if they were goggles and lastly they opened them so much that they fall off my face. Oh and did I mention that they lost the last prescription that my boyfriend was given? Yeah, they didnt even make a copy of it for their files! THIS PLACE SUCKS! RUN WHILE YOU CAN! Although it seems affordable and the staff is nice, the actual service sucks.

Very bad experience, no calls no anything and Ive been waiting for over a month for my glasses to come, other reviews here are describing the same situation. Eyelab, is good to point out that Ive been waiting fo me second pair of glasses because the first prescription was not the correct in the first place, this wouldnt have happened if you would have performed the correct procedure, ON TOP OF THAT, the deliver times are painfully long, matter of fact is the longest i have ever waited, thanks God my life doesnt depend on it, but my sight does, is incredible how you reply back saying that you deliver professional services but fail complete in giving a good explanation about things that are constant in other reviews here, there is not perfect place, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CLIENTS AT LEAST A GOOD EXPLANATION CAN BE DECISIVE. i guess theres nothing else i can do, just wait for my glasses and recommend others. 1 month and 2 weeks now.

If you want to go blind, this is the place. Initially I had the caregivers bring my ACLF tenants for professional, knowledgeable & pleasant eye exams & glasses. The current staff is both surly & incompetent. My glasses had large gray spots in the center of each lens. 10/14 they removed one of the two addition features for which I paid a premium (the dark-to-light) with my consent but that did not solve the problem(s). I did not return in a timely manner as I still had eye glasses from Dr. Hamburger. When I was in the area I did leave both glasses. Upon my return the current staff attempted to con me into believing the glasses were now correct, however, they were no better; In addition there was no work order in the sealed white bag. The clerk admitted nothing had been done and advised I have a new eye exam & purchase glasses. I can only assume the staff is now on commission in lieu of a living wage.

Aracely me ayudo escogiendo mis anteojos, muy buen servicio, sin embargo al llegar yo tenia una cita programada a las 2, llegue desde las 1 y aun asi pasaron 3 personas primero q yo q no tenian cita. Los jovenes q se encargan de pasar a las personas necesitan ser mejor organizados, y poner un aviso q primero van los q tienen cita. Para eso es q se hace... De resto esta bien por el precio, espero q tenga buena experiencia cuando lleguen mis lentes.

I went in a little unsure of this place, but I walked out very satisfied. I was welcomed by Aracely; she was super friendly and very helpful. Aracely was very patient with me, she also assisted me in picking out all different types of frames to see which one would look best on me. I was there for about two hours just trying on every pair you can think of. She was there to give me advice throughout it all. I really appreciated that she took the time to help me pick the frames; I have never had someone so attentive before. Thank you so much Aracely for your outstanding customer service, patience, and professionalism.

Muy decepcionada del pésimo servicio; antes de acudir a la cita les explique que si aplicaba a la promoción de 99 dolares me dijeron que si y que en todo caso solo aumentaría 10 dolares mas, después de la evaluación y todo me dijeron que no aplicaba a nada y me cobraron 180 dolares.
