La atencion magnifica de todos los empleados. Pero ya van mas de 10 dias y no hemos recibido la llamada para recoger los espejuelos llevo 2 dias llamando y no me contestan y son lentes graduados para tres personas de mi familia no se porque no contestan para ver si ya lleqaron o cuanto tiempo mas necesitan hoy he llamado tres veces y me dejan en hold por 15 o 20 minutos esto forma parte del servicio al cliente y en ese aspecto tengo que decir que no son nada profesionales y lo digo asi porque fui store manager por 30 años

Take your money else where, the doctor is an impatient snob ( youll see it), i was telling him about a couple of issues with my eye sight, he completely ignored me. He just wanted to finish with me. The prices are too high. Their main Brand of glasses is cheap plastic and they sell them at designer prices. The salesman first wanted to screw me over with some expensive contact lenses. His first option was $450 for one year of lenses one year prescription. Then his second offer was $170 for one year of lenses. Plus 89 dollars of eye exam. So my total was around $260 for a one year prescription and contacts for a year. Ive had better deals, my last trip at another eye doctor was a two year prescription, one year lenses, and a good doctor that even took time to look at my eye dryness and to prescribe me drops for my eye all for $120. Not going back to this place. They are lucky I had run out of contacts and that I had an emergency.

The doctor is rude and impatient but the staff are friendly and very helpful. When I picked up my glasses and put them on, my vision was still a little blurry. I told the staff that I dont see very sharp and they told me I have to wait at least 2 weeks so my eyes can adjust, which I understood. But the problem with that is that somebody didnt make the prescription right. On top of this, I still havent gotten a call back on my second pair of glasses. This place is not the best, but its not the worst.

Experience was amazing. I was dreading after 15 years, changing my eye glass style and having to go through the pain staking process of selecting glasses and checking your eyes. But then I met Stephanie Caccese and alongside my wife, they tagged team me and within 30 mins, I was out the door with my new style and fresh pair of glasses. Amazing customer service and superb pricing thanks to my girl Stepanie. Highly recommended.

Terrible! Waited over 2 months for glasses that never came. The entire staff kept giving me excuses why the company cancelled my order repeatedly. Additionally, the place is under staff and you have to wait for customer service longer then you should in person and on the phone. I was told three times to call back because the staff member on the phone was busy with a costumer in the store.

Great experience, went in to get prescription for contact lenses. They gave me a free trial to test out for a week and returned for a follow up with the doctor. Staff was friendly and catered to my needs. One of their staff Alex, even priced matched for my contact lense order. Will definitely return!!

Everyone was so helpful. Stephanie helped me with lenses, the whole team helped me pick my frames.The doctor gave me an excellent and thorough exam. I needed bifocals, they explained every part of the process. I couldnt of received better customer service. Very happy with this experience.

The doctor is impatient but the rest of the staff are great. They are very helpful and kind. Alex helped me the most and gave me the best price! Very convenient with eye exams in store and very quick. I would have waited longer at a doctors office and then spent more time at a store.

Should be ZERO stars. Walked out after waiting over an hour for an appointment. I dont know what the purpose of making an appointment if their not going to honor their customers time. Wish I never wasted my time with this company.
