OFERTA DE LA OPTICA dice compra un lentes y otro te sale GRATIS es totalmente MENTIRA les explico, fui hasta allá mi examen que me salió en 125 y mi novio se hizo el mismo examen en 55 y fue el mismo proceso! Ok a la hora de pagar mi montura sale en 220 y la de él en 200 cuando fuimos a pagar para mandar hacer los cristales la chica me da el total de 800 casi 900 Le pregunto a la chica si esa es la promoción y ella me dijo si Le digo "cuál es la oferta?" Y ella me dice que es esa Y yo le digo ok es uno es pago y otro gratis cristales y todo Y ella dice si Ok si mis lentes valen 220 mis cristales me salen en 600? Solo cristales Y ella si si De verdad existe oferta o simplemente es una manera de agarrar clientes?

Just dont come here. Even if you have the best insurance on U.S they will tell you it doesnt have coverage with them. They try to get money from you and try to ignore your insurance. The service sucks, and the doctor is really rude. I called and some guy named Mel Curet answered saying my insurance did not have coverage with them, when my insurance said it would cover everything. After I finally got my eye exam and paid the copay the told me they could not give me the glasses and the frames!!! I paid the copay, why didnt they say it before. Just no

La verdad como todas las opticas quieren ponerte lo mas caro siempre, y al principio me dejé embaucar, pero volví al dia siguiente y me atendió una chica muy atenta y servicial haciendo todos los cambios y ajustes que le pedí. Excelente servicio!!!

Great customer service! The services here whether it is getting new glasses or having your eyes checked is expensive. You need to bring with you coupons on your smartphone or from the Sunday paper. Other than that, the employees are very gracious especially Mel!!!!!!
