Dr. Jessica Hayward is simply amazing. All visits are relaxed, zero stress, she is patient, kind, extremely professional and she has knowledge she shares. So glad I found her when I moved to West Kendall. She really knows her shizzle and has a great sense of humor. Her staff is just as friendly and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you have your eyes checked and cared for by this exceptional Dr. Dont let her young looks fool you!

My best optometry experience ever. Im sticking with this place for as long as I can. 1) Dr. Hayward makes me feel extremely comfortable to discuss any vision questions I have (including thoroughly exploring theories I have about what causes certain vision phenomena I experience). She is very pleasant, patient and thorough. 2) The staff are very organized and helpful. 3) The waiting area has magazines, toys for kids, and TV.
