Worst eye doctor experience of my life. The Doctor himself told me that the glasses Ive been wearing for over 2 years now look so ridiculous on me that he "underatands why I dont like to wear them out," that I look like bugs bunny, they were too big for my face, and when I told him they were mine, his response: "oh thank god, I was going to say- who in the world in my staff would recommend these frames to you," I kid you not, these came from the Doctor himself.. And that is just the start. When I called to make an appointment, I made SURE to tell the receptionist that I cannot do the pressure machine (the one that blows air in your eye) so to please ensure the doctor has enough time to do the longer, old fashion version... The eye technician assistance lady got frustrated with me and began giving me attitude and told me to try over 4 times to save the doctor time (exactly what I tried avoiding). They had me choosing eye glass frames with dilated pupils, I couldnt see ANYTHING so I chose a random pair literally to get out of there because I had gone through so many tests at that point. I almost cried at how overwhelmed I was, and every test was an additional $__; something I had never heard of but didnt say a word becaus I know these industries change and I may have been unfamiliar with the practice. When I went to pick up my glasses, they left me a voicemail but left out that Thursdays they close at 4.... Of course, I go on a Thursday. When I go to pick up my glasses another day, I didnt even get a card to read to see if the glasses work, I literally was handed them and immediately ignored. I even wanted to buy the $5 spray when I walked in but purposely did not because I can get it somewhere where my business is appreciated. Will definitely not be returning.. Going to the eye doctor is personal and sensitive, two things this establishment lacks.

Dr. Chin and his staff are great. Dr. Chin is a professional family man that runs a great and technologically advanced practice. I have a history of problematic eyes and I first encountered Dr. Chin a few years back, after his office quickly fit me in for an painful eye infection emergency. Hes been my eye doctor ever since. His staff is extremely courteous and they are on top of ALL of the patients needs. Best of all they are not pushy salesmen.

Have gone to Dr. Chin for last 10 years and he is first doctor that actually found the right set for my glasses for both me and my husband. I think he is fantastic and cares about his patients. I am set to go back to reset and update my prescription so that I can always have my eyesight the best it can be. I think he is best eye doctor I have ever been too and will never change.

I ran into Dr. Chins office by chance 10+ years ago because I lived a couple of blocks away. I was impressed from the very first visit with his professionalism as well as superb "patient manners". Dr. Chin is very knowledgeable and always on top of the latest technology. I have been a patient of his for 10+ years and highly recommend him.

Dr.Chin is a very nice and professional man. I really loved the service but, my only concern is the attitude of one of the women at the front desk. Its the women who doesnt do insurance, she has black long hair. Was somewhat rude to me while picking out frames and had major attitude when i didnt want to spend more money on bifocals!

My first time patient and I have to say I really got in love with the Doctor and the staff in general. Doctor is very knowledgeable and take times to explain each details of members issues and concerns. The environment is clean, and relax. I highly recommend Dr. Chin as your Optometrist Doctor!!

Went in for the first time a week ago. Staff was very friendly, they made me feel at home. During my eye exam I found myself laughing with them. The doctor is very professional, you can tell he really cares about his patients because he doesnt try to rush you but he wont stall you either.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Chin is knowledgeable but not the friendliest of doctors. He can be cut and dry, impatient and a bit arrogant. Not the best people skills. Thats on a bad day. If you catch him on a good day he dry but helpful.

Dr. chin goes above and beyond to give you the best service. He took his time with my son and I! The staff is very attentive and friendly "we felt VIP" definitely recommend this office :)
