Had an appointment at 3:45, was told to wait for five minutes because theyre "slightly behind." Its been an hour and I have seen no progress whatsoever in the line, staff is making no effort to expedite anything. Doctors are not bad but I seriously question how these people can manage to fail so completely at something as simple as keeping an appointment. This isnt the first time and its not likely to be the last, just because the staff has all day to waste doesnt mean that everyone does. Im looking into other optometrists who arent likely to take up half of my day whenever my family comes for an appointment.

Horrible!! I ordered my prescription and after not hearing back from them after 10 business days I called to inquire and they told me they were on back order. I still have not received my glasses from them. The "manager" Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not get your prescription here.
