I never really write bad reviews. Usually I like to write good reviews. I support the business and people who have made my experience that much better than your average. But here I am, writing a bad one because it warrants one. This Tony character Im reading about in other reviews , maybe is he is a good guy, defending a policy that is ridiculous. To make a long story short, I ran out of contacts, last pair today, and called as I usually always do when this happens, to pick up a trial pair. I dont have glasses, and I wear dailies, and my eyes are pretty sensitive. Meaning they are irritated from my contacts, that Ive now worn for more than one day. Well I guess today all of the sudden this was issue with them. As a patient you go to your doctor, they prescribe something and you buy your prescription else where. Sometimes they give you a trial. I would like to think that if you have medication and your prescription is not ready, if you call your doctors office, they will provide you with a trial. I could be wrong about this, but in some cases this seems reasonable. These people, this store, didnt want to give me a trial because I dont buy contacts there. But I am their patient. And I dont live off the trial contacts, I buy my contacts! And this time bc of the holidays last week they are taking longer than I expected to get here. and I miscalculated how many I had left. I am a patient there I just dont understand. I offered to pay for the trials, and he was all like "thats illegal". Woah Mr. Ethical, you can be a dick and your ethics dont allow you to help your patient to a trial pair of contacts because I dont buy contacts in your store? Right. Okay. Customer service people! Now you lost a patient, got a bad review. & I went elsewhere where they dont have policy sticks up their asses. Problem solved. What I got from this, is they could give three fcuks about my health. I gotta put money in the stores pocket in order for them to consider me a customer. Wish you the best of luck on that theory!

I was pleased with the dr in the office. the staff was friendly but I went in for contacts and because I did not have my benefits sheet for my vision insurance I was not well informed and was told I get more bang for my buck with glasses. I wanted contacts. not glasses. I wear my contact 95% of the time. My mistake but I feel like I should have been given all my options. I see now I could have gotten 4 boxes of my contacts covered. Poor customer service definitely. Just because I was not well informed...they should not have taken advantage of me like that. I should have been given my options and let me decide what I wanted. I am calling today and telling them to cancel my contact order that I will get it when I need it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not shop there, the meaning of customer means If they have sold you. Your no problem. The expected wait time for your glasses 7-10 days. However if the lens gets broke in the process, you dont deserve a courtesy call. I just happened to call on the day of pick up to be told of the mishap. As the events unfold I had to call corporate for a refund that has now been over 15 days. I was told by the manager MICHELLE to call my bank. Again I had to call her and tell her to call her corporate office and find out and DO HER JOB. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I walked in on a Saturday an hr before they closed. They lady at the back desk was very understanding and although they were about to close they were kind enough to fit me into the schedule to see the doctor. I was home for the weekend out of town and for that reason that same day they had my glasses ready within two hours of walking in. Good prices and they have BOGO. Galvin was the associate who attended me and I was VERY PLEASED by his amazing customer service! I went in after having a bad experience at ForEyes, so I very much recommend this place!

They charge extra for the "warranty" on glasses, then make you pay a co-pay to USE the warranty. Also, we special-ordered frames and didnt hear from them for 3 weeks. When we called them we were told the frames were discontinued & that wed have to pick different frames. When we asked why they didnt call us we never got a good answer. Thats poor (read: non-existent!) customer service.

Great store. This store does a ton of business and only has a few complaints here. I switched from a more pricey boutique store, and this stores service is better hands down. Plus, for my 18 year old daughter, they were the only ones who figured out that she needed a prism correction, a rare condition. So, service and diagnostics are top notch in my book.

Went there as a walk in, in less than 2-3 hrs. I had my daughters eye exam, contact lens trial, new pair of glasses and prescription. They applied all the discounts available online. The whole staff was very helpful and understanding. Im coming back for my sons glasses.
