Absolutely the worst customer service Ive experienced in many years. I was scheduled for a 10:00 eye apt. The front desk called and asked me to come in early due to cancellations. I re arranged my schedule showed up early for the new apt. And finally walked out 20 minutes after my original apt. time. I was not going back but my wife spoke to them and had a new apt set a week later for their first apt of the morning. I got their 10 minutes early, I was the first person their, and waited over an hour before the secretary told me the Dr. was later due to something? Ive had enough!!!! Of Miami in general. But now have to find a new Eye Dr. Del Family Eye Care just lost 4 customers. VERY DISSAPOINTED The girls at the desk were very nice though

Very Annoying experience.The staff have no idea what theyre doing. I was charged three times by two different ladies (Astrid was one of them who proceeded to tell me the extra charge was for glasses and on voicemail said it was for contacts.) who were totally oblivious. The service is so slow... A month & a half later is when I recieved my glasses. Very limited selection as far as glasses go too(but Sergio in the glasses department is very kind and helpful). The only good thing about the whole experience was Dr.Kundl, she was very professional, enjoyable, and she knew what she was doing. Sadly, the staff poorly represented her & the entire business. Definitely needs some revamping.

I started to go to another local eye doctor but after waiting too long in their office I bailed. I made an appointment here and have never been happier. I was fitted for contacts for the first time. They went a long way to make sure they fit well and were comfortable. I really like the staff. They are friendly and professional. The place is busy so clearly they are doing a lot right. I also bought a new pair of glasses and had new lenses put in an old pair. They have a great selection of upscale brands so if youre into "better design and quality" you should shop this place.

By far the best Optometrists in Homestead! Really great staff. They have great medical technology too. Their doctors diagnosed a family member with diabetes all from an eye exam! I highly recommend!
