Saludos, mi Nombre es Jose Beltre. Siento que debo dedicar 5min, para escribir mi experiencia en esta tienda. Una Joven llamada Rachel atendio mis servicio. Entre a la tienda buscando unos lentes Sport para utilizarlo en los parques de Orlando. la joven se intereso mucho mas que en solo vender lentes, se preocupo por preguntar para que los necesitaba, mi color favorito, y que de donde Yo venia. Eso cautivo mi atencion y debo decir que salimos con 4 pares de lentes, Compre para mis dos hijos y mi esposa. Muy especial el servicio, personalizado. Recomiendo este lugar para comprar sus gafas, no solo por que tienen buenos precios, tambien por que el ambiente es relajante. Muchas gracias a esa Joven. Buena experiencia.

I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses at this store. When I got home I noticed a small scratch on the inside of the frame. I called the store to let them know that I would be bringing them back. I went back to the store the following morning. They did not have another pair of the sunglasses I purchased. They told me all they could do was issue me a store credit or I could drive all the way to their South Beach location. I asked to speak to the store manager. The sales associate told me the store manager MIGHT me in to work in 30 min. I asked if she could just call the manager on the phone so I could explain the situation. This was not an option and I waited 30 min and returned to the store. Upon returning to the store, I spoke to the manager (who was quite rude) and kept on saying that he was "trying to help me out." He would not refund my money and said that I would need to drive to the South Beach store to pick up another pair of sunglasses. If the store manager had any customer service skills he would have refunded my money. They are the ones who sold me defected sunglasses and I cannot believe he had the audacity to send me 20 miles away to another store to exchange them. In addition, I looked online and found identical auhentic sunglasses for $200 compared to the $400 I spent at this rip off of a store. Save yourself the headache and do not shop here!

WARNING: All purchases made at this store are FINAL and can only be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within SEVEN days. This vital piece of information was conveniently NOT mentioned to me when I purchased my Maui Jims for $270 and this wouldve been a deal-breaker since I wasnt completely sure I about the purchase. Thankfully, when I decided I definitely wasnt in love with the Maui Jims and wanted to return them, I was still within the seven days. However, when I returned to the store to do an exchange, the sales associate was EXTREMELY rude and analyzed my sunglasses for a good 15 minutes trying to find something wrong with them so she didnt have to accept them. Unfortunately for her, my Maui Jims were in perfect condition since they were brand new. Then she has the audacity to tell me that whatever I pick out today would only be 25% off as opposed to their normal 35% off because I was doing an exchange. When I asked her where on the receipt did it state that and asked to speak to a manager, she said "nevermind, Ill give you the 35% off". Whaaat?! As you can see, this place is a SCAM and they have no sense of customer service! STAY AWAY!

Tienda altamente recomendada en primer lugar por los precios y en segundo lugar por sus vendedoras. Seguramente volveré pronto. Muchas marcas y estilos para todos los gustos. By far the best place for quality and high-end designer brands in glasses and sunglasses!! My prescription glasses were done the same day! Also you cant go wrong with their prices, Ive shopped all over Miami and this place has the widest variety at the best prices. I was helped by a young lady who was very attentive and serviceable. Nellys was gorgeous!!!! I took forever and all she did was make sure I left happy, very pleasant team of employees. The tech who filled my prescription was very also extremely helpful. Most importantly I noticed professionalism at its best!

I bought a pair of eye glasses less than a year ago and my glass began to peel, I went in to the store and the manager Diego and his employees gave horrible customer service and they laughed in my face. Worst place to buy expensive brand name glasses. Never again!!!
