Horrible service. I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. I did not have one problem when Dr. Johanna Young was in charge. Now this business is ran by two complete inept employees. I had to do my glasses twice, And still, I had to go a third time to check the lenses because they are clearly not what it was recommended, only this time they tried to charge the insurance for it. Do I have to pay them extra? Really? They screwed up the lenses and I have to pay to show them their mistake? Also beware when you see a sign in the door saying "will be back in 5 minutes", this usually means they will be back in one hour. If visiting make sure you bring something to read, doctor is overbook and the wait time can be really long. I have never seen such a big negative change in a company in such a short period of time.

These people are a joke. Ive tried them a couple times to give them the benefit of the doubt but clearly they are a mess. First, they are unbelievably expensive. They were charging me $200 for a pair of glasses that were not even name brand. When I asked why they were so expensive the associate magically took 60% off within a matter of seconds. Had I not opened my mouth I would have been charged $200 for a frame the really goes for $80. I came in today May 08, 2013 and they said my prescription wasnt on file. After a very unpleasant conversation with a very arrogant receptionist and having them check 3 times, they (again magically) found my prescription. Save your money and time and give them to some one who wont lose your information, and wont charge you way more than the frames are worth!

I had such a great experience here! Not to mention that we got to the bottom of my headaches, but the front desk staff members and the optometrists were extremely professional and welcoming! Definitely recommend Young Eye Center!
