Do not do business with this company. We were given an estimate and then billed $1,000 over the estimate. Propane was the final requirement for the certificate of occupancy on our new construction home. Blossman single handedly held that up for weeks, I think it was about a month. They acted like installing propane was new to them and that it was a burden every step of the way. Then after tons of calls to get them to get everything installed.... like I said above the bill was $1,000 over the estimate. That then took nearly a month to get fixed while late fees stacked up. They did correct the bill, but it took its own phone calling marathon adventure to get it done including leaving messages, promises of calls back that never came etc. Everything was like pulling teeth. One of the worst companies my family has ever done business with.

I do not recommend this business.They are not up front about hidden costs such as delivering your tank and setting up your service.I called several times to talk to them about it and never got it resolved.They were however kind enough to send me a letter stating that they were going to send my account to collections if I did not pay the full amount of my bill.I was supposed to be on their "pay by the month plan" and even though I fully qualified for the plan they sent a bill for the full amount.Just a dishonest bunch of thieves.Please take your business elsewhere.

While I would give a 5 star rating to the service people, I would not give any to accounting. It is true they throw in hidden costs. But my frustration has been around their not crediting my account correctly. Last winter I was told by Blossman I was completely paid up and the account was set up for regular gas delivery. This week I received an email saying I owed $138 plus or minus. When I called to discuss this, they refigured everything to decide that I owed over $600. I would not do business with them again and do not recommend them.

Blossman has been a nightmare. Ive had an irate woman on the phone tell me that it doesnt matter what our contract says. They NEVER fill the tank according to our plan. Ran out of gas on Christmas Eve in the middle of the night. The employee that was sent out would not fill the tank, and smugly implied that I had to give him something IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT ON CHRISTMAS. Accounting is corrupt and/or incompetent. Rude telephone employees that laugh when you are out of gas in the winter.

Horrible device, over priced. I was employed with Blossman and it took them over six months to get me a quote and installation date for propane at my house, frustrated by this, I refused their service. Later I had my family to be set up with propane on a new construction home. They lived in the home for two months before Blossman installed their tank. No stove or heat or hot water for two months!! They are not dependable at all. I wouldnt recommend their overpriced service to ANYONE!

Have to confirm that Blossman accounting is error prone. You will want to have them mail you an invoice (so you pay it on time) as the serviceman otherwise sticks the invoice on the garage door (which then tends to be blown away). I am still getting warning notices about my account, even though my account shows a plus $0.75 balance. They cant even fix that.

Went in to get my forklift tanks filled for my small business. One of the tanks was half full but they decided to charge me for a whole fill. I have been doing business here for 2 years but this time they decided to over charge me. I asked why and they said its "policy." I guess their policy is to steal from small businesses.
