I called Sears Repair and they scheduled a repair person for Tuesday, Sept 6th between 8 a.m. and Noon. They said the technician would call us on Tuesday morning. No phone call. No technician. We called Sears Repair and were told from a call center that they would be at our house later that day between 1 p.m and 3 p.m. No phone call. No technician. We called back and the same call center told us they would be at our house between 4 and 6 p.m ....No phone call. No technical. We called back and the same call center the technician will be here "tomorrow" Weds from 8 a.m until noon. Next day...no phone call. No technician. Same scenario..we called and they said the tech would be here from 1-3pm...no phone call. No technician. 7pm Weds evening the call center said the technician will be here today...Thursday. 8 a.m to noon. No technician. No phone call. Called again at 1. Were told he would be here by 3pm. No call. No technician. Called back at 5:30 and were told the tech would be here this evening. I asked the call center if they realized it is already after hours here already. They said they got the technician on dispatch and he said he was coming this evening. Again..he would call first. Again no phone call. No technician. I called again at 6:00 and was told the technician isnt coming today he had "higher priorities" and then he hung up on me. I called the call center back and was told that he was coming tonight....sigh. So I explained that I was already told he wasnt coming tonight. I was put on hold AGAIN and she came back and told me that he wasnt coming tonight and wouldnt be able to come until Tuesday, September 13th. Now.....why should I believe that?????? I suggested they have someone here tomorrow and at least the decency to have someone call us. We have been given 9 APPOINTMENTS IN 3 DAYS...NONE OF WHICH WERE KEPT. We have NEVER been called by "the technician. September 13th is not an option. Over one week without a functional dryer that is just over one year old. I cant tell you how personally hurt and disappointed we are with Sears. We have been buying Sears products for over 40 years. We are older and retired and have always had SEARS as the only company we used for appliances and tires our entire adult lives. However, something has become seriously wrong with Sears. IF we do not hear from SEARS by tomorrow about a technician coming to fix our dryer by tomorrow....we are going to hav to pay to hire a local appliance guy to fix the dryer. Then were going to sell the dryer. And we are never ever ever going to buy anything from Sears ever again. It feels like a divorce. A much beloved company that was part of our childhoods, our entire life, and they have turned into this. Such a heart break and disappointment.

Jessy the lawnmower repair guy doesnt show up for multiple appointments. I bought an expensive riding mower from this store. When I needed my 1st service, I got stood up by a lawn mower repair guy named Jessy who failed to make the appointment. He rescheduled. Then, failed the 2nd appointment too, causing me to have to stay home from work for 2 days. I tried contacting the store manager, but it all goes to voicemail and no-one returns the calls. I tried calling Sears corporate and all the Service calls get routed to India. Sears has lost a lifetime customer, Ill never walk into their store again. The guy Jessy was so unprofessional I know now that Sears is a dead brand to hire such irresponsible people to repair their mowers.

Purchased a Kenmore 900.00 Refrigerator never worked right from day one now over 3 months and NOTHING. They keep replacing parts that are not needed spent more than the new Refrigerator is worth. Constant calls from one to two hours with Sears with people that you dont even understand because they are from another country. Manager at Sears store where I bought it does not want to get involved. Would NEVER NEVER recommend this store to anyone...RUN WHILE YOU CAN!! WROST CUST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!

Cant give zero because it wont let me. First refrigerator was dented, sent it back. 2nd one ice maker was hooked up wrong, flooded my kitchen and has done thousands of dollars worth of damage to the condo below me resulting in a plumber call on a weekend, which was a 5 minute fix. I am beyond livid. Sears, give it up! You are a dinosaur when you used to be THE place to go for appliances and good service a hundred years ago. Never again.

I will NEVER do business with Sears again! Ive always heard that they are the place to go for appliances and for the last two months I have had a horrible experience. The stores and corporate are never on the same page and they give you the run around in every way possible. I am writing this poor review as Im standing in the store. Thats how horrible my experience is. I will be at Home Depot or Lowes from now on.

Ordered a new washer and dryer the beginning of this month, for delivery this Saturday. Was just called today stating they didnt have it in stock! Called the store, Desoto Square, got Leo (Asian man, always there!) & he was able to upgrade up to the next model, with delivery THIS SATURDAY! Did the change of transaction over the phone, too!!! Excellent service! Good job, Sears!!!

This Sears feels smaller with limited selection than other mega stores. Unfortunately they did not have a menswear item at this location we had seen at another Sears. The staff were very helpful in trying to locate the item, but in the end we had to visit another Sears.

I needed one new tire. I was told "just a minute, Sir" every 5 minutes for 30 minutes as the staff bickered between themselves in the garage. When I decided to take my business elsewhere, I was told they close at 8pm in case I couldnt be taken care of somewhere else.

Last week, I came here to buy a Vacuum and we got a great deal: a $400 Vacuum for only $200. The Atmosphere was great, store was clean. The man who helped did a great job. The staff was not pushy and they were eager to help.
