Shopped FTs for a dishwasher and was pleasantly surprised to have the transaction go so smoothly. Our salesperson was Whitney Sands and she listened to our situation and needs and answered the questions we had. Told her we would think about the item and call her back. Called her back an hour later and bought the dishwasher we chose in our earlier visit. Unlike the big box stores she arranged installation for two days later not two weeks. The unit was in stock. Thanx for an easy purchase and follow thru.

The sales person, Joseph Sturch, was very nice and professional. He sold me on the mattress set I purchased. The manager, was not so helpful. I requested a frame since I have no furniture yet and he said he could not do it. I paid over $1000 for the set, I thought he could throw in a frame that cost him very little. The mattress set was delivered on time and the employees were friendly and helpful. We will have to sleep with in on the floor until our furniture arrives in July.

This review is for the Armenia Location >>>> Wow - what a wonderful experience! Was so stressed this weekend when my fridge full of food stopped working. After a quick internet search, made the decision to go to Famous Tate. Was in and out of the showroom in less that an hour with the order in hand. Delivery guys just came - right on time - and now were done. New fridge in place in less than 48 hours. This is service beyond compare. Great Job, Taters !!

In Jan 2015, we Thought we were buying "quality" kitchen aid 4 major appliances. Freezer door leaked and sent frost and ice all over kitchen every time it was opened. Was not repaired until August 2015 One year later bought Frigidaire "professional" for our new house. Microwave has never worked since July delivery and were told delivery of a part will likely be late October. All Tate does is say "contact the manufacturer!"

We ordered our refrigerator sight unseen after our died during our vacation. We were desperate! We checked other competitors and Famous Tate had the BEST prices by far! The following morning they called and set up a delivery time with us. The guys were very professional and polite. We had a wonderful experience with Famous Tate and well be back when the stove dies!!! (you know its gonna happen) ;)
