Hated the washing machine that came with my condo, so I went to Liquidators Plus on the advice of my mother who had recently purchased a stackable washer/dryer that looked brand new for a very good price. I was met with a friendly employee who helped me find an HE top-loader that looked new for less than half the price of a brand new unit. Delivery was scheduled for the same day (mere hours later), they took away my old washer and installed the new one, hoses and all! The delivery person was very friendly and on-time, and took great care not to scuff my walls (my laundry room is down a narrow hallway, and he was WELL over 6 tall). He hooked everything up, then tested it to make sure everything worked before he left. After spending some time with the machine, I decided that I did not care for how it washed my clothes (NO fault of Liquidators Plus, since the washer worked as it was designed to-- it was just poorly designed for washing!), so I called the very next day and asked if they would exchange this washer for something else, even though my bill said "All sales final"-- they brought out a wonderful front-loader that works like a dream, and didnt even charge me to deliver the new unit or take the other one away. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to replace appliances in your home-- they had lots of other stuff too, I just wasnt shopping for anything else!

DO NOT BUY HERE! We have purchased several appliances from them in an attempt to help local business. The sales team is very friendly...however the owner is a snake. The fridge we purchased has been problematic, but we live with the water in the door not working. so far we have purchased 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers from them. My recent frustration... 2 days ago we bought a used dishwasher from them for $300 w/ 30 day warranty. It was missing a few parts so we made a trip to the big box store...BEHOLD the SAME dishwasher brand new for $298 with a 1 year warranty. I called the owner to see if he would refund some of the purchase price or at the least extend the warranty since he sold us used for the same price as a new one, he refused. In an even more aggressive insult he stated we couldnt return it but he would buy it back off us for $100. So we buy for $300, 2 days later he will only give you $100 ... thats as sleazy as it gets. When I mentioned we had been a long standing customer... he said it was my problem and he didnt care. YES - you will get an appliance from this place but it is a snake in the grass, so be warned.

we bought a Used GE-Glass top stove for 250 USD. The big Burner did not work correct went only on to full blast.Only discovered when we where Home. No Test at the Used Store possible. Used is Fine but should at least work correct. The repair from them failed it was the wrong switch, when we tried to return the stove 4 Days after we bought it he refused to take it back or give the Money back, He said he ordered another switch Lord knows if this would be then the right one. Not a good Place to do get used Appliances, also after we checked closer the Unit was not cleaned at least not good cleaned. Stay away go to Sears Outlet you are better Off.

Never had a problem with a used appliance, I love this place, always has great inventory for my rentals, and the repair rates when I call are always fair in price, and they are on time so I dont have to wait around all day. Dick is the best with keeping me happy.

I was having a problem for a while with my washer dryer combo LG. I called and spoke to Lonnie and explained the problem. I brought it to them and it was fixed the next day. Great turn around as well as price. Ill be bringing all my appliances there for fixing

Bought washer from them , had 1 year warrenty, broke 3 days before warrenty was done, it was repaired with no problems. Need a dryer, going to get one today. Love the place and deals. Owner and guy who delivers are great too. Hope I find dryer there.
