I shouldnt even give 1 star. I called on Tuesday and Danny said someone would call or text me the next day between 10 am and 6 pm to let me know they were on their way. At 5:56 pm I called them because I sat at home and waited ALL day and never received a text or a phone call. I got their voice mail and I left a detailed message and asked them to call me back. Today is Thursday and I waited until just after 1pm and I called them again. Danny answered and I very calmly and nicely explained what happened. He confirmed my address then stated that he could be here in a few hours. I asked how they were going to resolve the situation, perhaps waive the $65 call fee since I wasted an entire day waiting for them. He said, "No maam. Its not our fault. It was raining all day." I said, "It IS your fault. The rain doesnt prevent you from picking up the phone and letting me know what happened. " VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NEVER AGAIN

Got a great Fridge for a good price and the owner is a fun guy to deal with. He backed up his product with a 6-month warranty. Says its the standard for his business. The fridge got cold enough to make ice, but wasnt cold enough to my satisfaction. The owner came over, diagnosed a bad circuit board and fixed it for free. Glad I did business here. Next appliance I need will come from here.
