I read the reviews and honestly have no idea how anyone could complain. We ended up buying both an LG washer and dryer and could not be happier!!! We are extremely picky after years of owning rental properties and our home, and did our research both in the big home improvement stores and the other dept store appliance dealers, and wanted something specific for the space we had to work with, at a higher end price point. We got a fantastic deal, warranty included, and recommendations on which models were better regardless of prices- pretty refreshing actually!!! From amazing customer service in the store, to the friendly and professional delivery guys who made sure everything was damage free and up and running properly before leaving, it was a fantastic experience- and we are hard to please!

I am very pleased that we did not return to Famous Tates to purchase our new dishwasher. We went to Sears and the experience was 180 degrees from the poor customer service we received from Famous Tates. The last time I bought an appliance at Famous Tates in South Tampa, it turned out to be a lemon,. They gave no meaningful help at all, and basically stonewalled us. Once out the door -- not THEIR problem. I even contacted their central office. Waste of my time, and the purchase was a waste of our money. Totally different response from Sears. If an appliance doesnt perform to your satisfaction, you can exchange within 30 days, and all is handled smoothly. Customer is treated with care and respect, so you want to return.

After doing lots of online research on replacements for our aging W&D I decided to bring the family along to our local appliance store to see some options in person. As an avid online shopper for convenience and better deals we chose to purchase our set from Famous Tate in the long run. Our salesman Ron was very knowledgeable, not pushy and took the time to listen. After reviewing the deal and making sure there was not a better deal even online the decision was easy to buy local despite paying taxes. Delivery was the very next day from an efficient contractor. We will strongly consider them for any additional appliance purchases and recommend them to anyone that wants to shop local.

Ive purchased many appliances from many of the Famous Tate locations. I must say that they make you feel welcome and keep me at ease. Being that Im in the sales industry. I know that its important to make your customer feel welcome and well educated in the products your selling. These guys are just like that! Ive always believed that dish washers were a waste of money and didnt really wash dishes. Well Felix M. proved me wrong with all of his knowledge. They have a customer for life when as far as it goes for me.

This company does not keep the promises it makes. We purchased an appliance from them based on their agreement to remove our existing appliance and install its replacement. At time of delivery they decided it would be too difficult for them to remove the existing appliance and advised us to hire a professional installer. When the manager got nvolved, he never apologized, and then gave us a hard time when we requested a refund. This company is one of the worst we have dealt with.

Its nice to actually talk with a knowledgeable staff and when they dont have the answers they find it. Also nice to have a competitive price with the perks of customer service. Great experience
