horrible merchandise. horrible service. spent $1200 on used kitchen set. 30 day warranty. fridge stopped cooling after 2 months completely. Service man came out and unplugged fridge to defrost. Aslo microwave motor was extremely loud and repair man spent 5 to tighten a blade. Fridge was still not cooling the next day and the microwave motor was still extremely loud. Nothing repaired and paid $97 for service call when repair man spent 15 minutes in my home with nothing actually serviced or fixed. Could not contact back and would not return calls. Would never recommend their products.***update*** forgot to update the dishwasher crapped out a month after this review. The problem? The motherboard was covered in ROACH POOP AND EGGS!! The previous owner must have had an infestation and these guys just killed the bugs and didnt bother cleaning it up.

No stars at all ! They have a terrible 2 year LIMITED warranty is: 1st month (30 days) is free - next 23 months is: $45.00 trip charge - 50% on parts - 50% 0n labor - BUT - WONT GIVE AN HOURLY LABOR FEE -- LABOR CHARGE DEPENDS ON TIME SPENT ??? BUT WONT TELL YOU AN HOURLY LABOR CHARGE, WHICH MEANS THEY CAN CHARGE YOU ANYTHING THEY WANT !!!!!!! Thats underhanded. Check anyones warranty BEFORE you buy anything used.

Super friendly and helpful guys run this place. I needed some refrigerator parts and after driving around all day this place had it. The service guy is really knowledgeable I didnt get a service call but I would in the future.
