During a recent phone conversation to employee, I discovered our cook top that was supposed to be in on Oct. 24th was not yet manufactured and was not expected to be any time soon. I found upon talking in person to a sales person that our original salesman was ill and had not been into work for some time. I am sorry to hear about this and would like the family and employees to know I appreciate it is a hard time for them. I am sure you all are concerned for this gentleman. Our problem is that we need to have the stove top installed by Saturday. Our original date would have allowed my husband time over the weekend to do the work. Now he must take off Friday from work, lose pay in order to get this job done. Our original stove (5) burner was replace with a (4) burner, Delivery by me driving to their business and picking it up instead of the delivery that was promised by the nice gentleman who sold it to us. So I got a lesser stove (in my opinion) for the same amount of money, wasted my gas and now we are out more of our own money for my husband to take off work. When I asked if they would install it for free, beings we were much inconvenienced I was told they would do the installation for 1/2 price. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to, does the person he spoke with (owner) understand what our problem is, and could I speak with him? I was told a flat out NO! I called and talked to my sister and brother-in-law who were planning on a remodel and were originally wanting to purchase their new appliances at a local business, but have now changed their minds. I hope you all have a great day. To the family of our nice salesman we wish him a speedy recovery.

Ive bought several appliances from Home Appliance over the years. (Wanting to give business to my local community). My most recent purchase was a new washing machine. I realized after one wash this machine wasnt a good machine. I called within an hour of delivery and asked if I could return it and the guy was smart mouth on the phone and said no. Needless to say.......they will never get another dollar of my business again. After being a loyal customer for years......forget them. Im still having issues with it. Its a shame a company can sell you a piece of junk and not take responsibility for it.

Horrible service!!! Have bought many appliances in past and used for service, thought they were great. The last purchase I made I over paid, found same item at Lowes and Maynards $100 cheeper. Plus to my surprise I got the floor model. Had a problem with the item I purchase that caused water to ruin my wood floor. They fixed the appliance but then turned their back on us and left me with a soaking wet wood floor. I had to turn it into the manufacture for a claim. No apology, no follow up call by Home Appliance, no assistance in any way. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never go back.

After observing how this company handles customer service...DONE with this company. The store selection is good, but if you have ANY problems with an item, do not expect courteous management or speedy repair service. The company may not know my name now, but you will once I write a complaint letter to the BBB, Attorney Generals Office as well as media outlets. You cannot speak to customers in any fashion you choose and expect it to be tolerated.

Probably the worse experience i have ever had with a business..i called in to see if i could get a maint guy out to just look at my whirlpool stove..lady answers and says i need to talk to service dept..so she transfers me..i am hold forever..once i get someone..guy tells me he only services products that he sells..what a way to run a business..hope you close your doors in the near future..

Home Appliance is simply unbeatable when it comes to purchasing quality home appliances. Their customer service is second to none. We are blessed to have such a great appliance center right here in the Massillon/Canton area. I would never go anywhere else. Home Appliance is professional, knowledgeable and their pricing on service calls is very fair and reasonable.

The older gentlemen at the customer service counter was quite rude and very short. The gentlemen did not answer any of my questions and kept me waiting for several minutes without even speaking to me. I ended up doing research online to fix the problem that was going on with my appliance. I do not believe I will be returning to the store and do not recommend it.

I thought Id look at what Home Appliance Co. had to offer online and was totally disappointed that the site is nothing but an adsense site with no information about the company at all. Their store is great, but someone needs to tell them the pennies they make in adsense revenue doesnt compare to the lost opportunities from a bogus site.

Drove all the way there for a TV as their website shows 12 different TV models and I was told they havent sold TVs for 8 years. When I said their website said they sold TVs I was told again they didnt. I mentioned they should update their website and was told again they havent sold TVs in 8 years. Oh,well.

I will but all my appliance from Home Appliance. The staff is very Knowledgeable. They installed my washer and dryer the next day, and were competitively priced. They helped out on getting all of the warranty info completed and did a great job. I will go no where else for appliances.

Called for price on a thermal fuse part for Dyer. Parts guy told me $9.00 on phone. Drive 20 minutes to get there and part is now $14.95. I needed the part so bought it. It was enough to not consider buying a new washer and dryer there.
