We have ordered 2 refrigerators from them, yes they were discounted and had a scratch or a small dent on them, we visually inspected the 2nd one before we purchased and set up a day to have it delivered. Well they never showed up the day they were supposed to, and tried to deliver it the next day when we were at work no one was able to leave work so we could get it in the house. We then called and set up a second day for them to deliver it and they actually showed up on time for the second scheduled day. However when they got the refrigerator off the truck and we inspected it it was all beat up again and the cord was smashed. You could see where they put another item next to it and looked like the cinched it down with out anything between the 2. We have had nothing but horrible experiences with this store and most of it is due to the company that they use to deliver the items. We tried waiting for another refrigerator in the style and brand we want to show up at the store for almost 3 months now and the manager was supposed to call us back with updates and she has never called us back. They just waited for just for us to call her back every couple weeks to ask about the status of a refrigerator. I called for the last time today and now the answer we got is " we wont be able to get one in the price range you bought the other one for, and we cant mark down one of the ones we have to that price sorry." Horrible customer service and they use a horrible delivery company. If you find something that you like and want, make sure to bring your own moving truck and move it yourself cause the delivery guys could care less about the items they deliver.

As of today, I have now purchased every appliance in the store now that my washer and drier have died. In the past, Ive purchased a treadmill, all kitchen appliances, tool kits, Craftsman boxes, etc and have LOVED every single item received! That said, I am even more GREATLY impressed with the quality and kindness of staff members as well as managers. I cannot thank them enough for their knowledge and for going out of their way to provide the best customer service- while also knowing when to give the customer space to consider options while shopping. I have returned to purchase more appliances, Craftsman tool storage, and a few other random items. I will be back soon Im sure, I am done with Home Depot as well as Appliance Smart-- they do not have the customer service nor do they have the inventory Sears Outlet DOES have. Thanks yet again!

The most unorganized bunch of idiots Ive ever met. We were told we would get a call the night before our delivery to give us a "window" when our dryer would be delivered. That never happened. We never got the 30 minute call ahead either. Then when they show up we paid an extra $15 so they would take 2 dryers. Well they didnt want to take both, we basically had to rip the delivery guy a new one to get him to do his job. The last straw, we were also told the dryer comes with a 3 prong hookup and that as long as the wall outlet matched they would connect the wiring and hookup the dryer, none of that happened either. Did not come with cable and would not attach what we already had. I would never recommend buying here. Staff is also the most unpleasant group of employees I have ever met.

My husband and I went in with the intention of buying a washer and dryer. The sales associate that helped us offered for us to be financed, and reassured us that they do not run credit checks. My husband was not worried about his credit as it is fairly good. So, he agreed to the approval process. Well, it turns out that the sales associate LIED, and Sears ran THREE hard inquires on his credit! My husband is severely pissed since he worked hard to get his score up. We will be speaking with the manager and hopefully can come to a resolution to this. Messing around with someones credit should not be taken lightly! After this experience we will not be doing business with Sears Outlet any longer.

They LIE about products and pricing to get a sale. I was sold a Black and Decker trimmer that was listed on their website for $70, sold to me for $90. When I went back to get the price adjusted they just blew me off saying price differs from place to place. B.S. I returned the trimmer and found another one in stock that was $70 (actually had a tag) right away. Also, the sales associate and manager were very sketchy with their answers. The information they gave me did not match anything on the store policy. Bad store, try the one in Reynoldsburg!

Terrible delivery service, we are on our 4th delivery attempt for them to get it right. Wouldnt move an electric stove to get the appliances down the basement stairs, dryer is too big, brought the smaller dryer, not the washer. Was suppose to deliver the washer today. I made a follow up call, its not on the schedule. My son is now going to rent a truck and pick it up himself. SERIOUSLY terrible service, Including the sales people in the store, for NOT following up with the delivery service. I will never buy appliances from this store again.

This store is great.I had a leak in a washing machine. This is the only store (Home Depot, Lowes, HH Gregg) that actually has appliances that you can take home the same day. Everything I looked at in the store was name brand and the same models sold elsewhere. So Im not really sure about the crap comment. Sales associate was very helpful and polite. No complaints there either. Saved $100 on the Maytag I was looking for because it had a scratch.

Have been there several times. All associates were courteous, helpful and gave good customer service. Id give them a 5 but sometimes its impossible to get an associate on the phone. Too bad, this is a management problem. I just got off the phone with Associate 36624, who located record of a purchase I made 3/14, sent me a receipt.

I have rental property and have used this location for the last few years to purchase most of my appliances. It has been exceptionally easy to work with everyone here. I make this my first stop before Appliance Smart, Lowes or Home Depot. Selection on scratch and dent and service is better here.

Buying experience was fine. But delivery...waited 5 hours for a delivery. Delivery window changed twice. Poor communication and despite numerous calls with staff, not one person apologized. No one took ownership of the situation. I wont be buying anything from there in the future.

Great prices on furniture and appliances. Some.of the stuff.may have scratches or dents- but thats why its discounted. They will even help you load your purchase.

It is a bad place to deliver your stuff. I bought a mattress and bought 82$ to delivered and they delivered after 10 days.
