This store has salesmen who know their appliances, listen to what you need, help you choose something that will fit your needs, and dont try to upsell you something thats either more than you need or out of your budget. On top of that, every time Ive had an appliance delivered, their delivery crews have been helpful, explained what they were doing and why, explained what they needed if they needed help to prepare the installation, and cleaned up after themselves as if they were installing the appliance in their own home. In short, I would recommend Famous Tates for any appliance purchase, and plan to use them whenever I need to replace an appliance in the future.

Free In Store Pick Up! Great Prices and Friendly staff! I went there to grab some new appliances after looking at HomeDepot and Lowes. They had the same prices and some a bit lower on higher end models. The best part was the lack of a pick up free, which no other store would do for appliances under $396! I saved 50 to $60 dollars by using these guys. Clean store and easy sales. Marty was an awesome salesman and was extremely well informed about all the products he showed me. I would use the salesmens advice for they know their products even better than most detailed reviews do online. Will come here again.

Ive been looking for New Washer and Dryer Ive been shopping around went all competition Home Depot , Lowes and Best Buy, then went to Famous tate. were a talked with Paul Mobbs at Famous Tate Paul is Very well Knowledge when it comes to Appliances and very personable which mean alot! I purchased the Samsung Wash and Dryer set , When Im ready for any other Appliance I will be going Back to Famous Tate to See Paul Great Guy! FIVE STARS * Also The Delivery Men Jamaal & Louie were very professional in the installation ! *****

Bought a Samsung dishwasher from them in October 2015. Since then we have had to get it serviced twice (code LC - Leakage check). Famous Tates Customer rep "Lisa" worked with me to get a satisfactory outcome. I appreciate her effort in trying to make this right. Te installers came back out right away and fixed the dishwasher and she worked with Samsung for us to ensure we had warranty coverage on the repair. Would be 5 stars if we hadnt had all the problems with the dishwasher.

We recently purchased 6 new appliances from Famous Tate, the New Port Richey store. Our salesman Frank was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and helped to make the entire process smooth. Delivery was on time and both times(we had 2 separate deliveries) the men were courteous,careful with our house and took care to demonstrate how the appliances worked and make certain that we had no concerns or questions. We would buy again from this store.

Kim took take Extra Step in customer service when we a had problem with a 4 year old LG fridge - more than once she interfaced with the extended warranty company on my behalf - even got us a loaner till everything was worked out. Try that at Lowes or Home Depot. Only place to shop in my opinion.....Thanks again Kim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a great deal on a full kitchen set of appliances and a washer and dryer. They beat everyones price by almost 10%. Nice people to deal with and they delivered everything the next day. Kim Alvarez was excellent in the way she helped us. I would recommend her and Famous Tate to everyone.

Always a great experience coming to the Tate. So far we have bought our dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator, and microwave here on three separate occasions. Prices are not beatable anywhere else and we get super fast installation and delivery.

i went to Best Buy, and Sears, then Famous tate. I talked to Paul Mobbs at Famous Tate. They guy really knows his stuff. He had every answer for every question and listened well. Best buy and Sears were a joke.
