We purchased all our kitchen appliances at Famous Tate. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience as far as customer service was concerned. Weve had several problems with a) wall oven, b) fridge, and c) hood. Their customer service was not satisfying at all. The used to just give out a number to call to report and left us alone in trying to get things taken care of under the warranty. Only when we strongly insisted they were willing to help us. After they had sold us the products we were no longer treated as valued customer. At the end two out of three issues were resolved. That is why I am willing to give them 2 instead of 1 star. But over all it was a very disappointing experience. I would not purchase there again.

Right after we moved to Odessa, I had the pleasure of walking into Famous Tate and meet with Bill. He guided us through the products after listening carefully about our needs. He was good in explaining the various functionalities clearly. We were so satisfied with him, we had recommended him to all our close friends who have started to buy from Famous Tate with the assistance of Bill. So when I had to change my frig, washer and dryer, last week, I once again approached Bill and he got us the right product. On top of it, the Installers who have been coming to instal have been real good and very professional. Fred and Dana are excellent in want they do. Helped us in so many ways. Thank you Famous Tate!

We recently visited your Oldsmar store to purchase a washer and dryer. Mr. Bob Reidy helped us with our selection and explained everything very thoroughly to my wife. When the delivery was made the delivery men had problems getting the dryer vented because of space restrictions. Bob came to our house and made the installation work. We are very satisfied and recommend your firm especially Bob Reidy who went way beyond the call of duty to make our experience a very good one.

We bought a GE washer and dryer during the 4th of July sale. This was our first-time buying large appliances and we were a little nervous going into the process. They were very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, and they did not pressure us or were overly pushy. They also had the best price for the washer and dryer anywhere. When it came time to deliver, the washer and dryer was delivered on time and quickly installed. Great experience!

4/2/16. I had a new refrigerator delivered today and I must say the delivery men were the most positive and professional I have experienced. They had to tear down the broken fridge to get it out of my home, and then do the same with the new refrigerator.. They didnt complain at all and were so proficient I was amazed! ! My oven caught fire late Friday afternoon due to something in the bottom of my oven.. prob a piece of pizza left by one of my grandkids.. this was a terrible time for a fire as had a ton of company and was trying to bake for a bridal shower the next day. The fire dept told me to ditch the stove so i called Famous Tate and they had a new stove here bright and early Monday morning. Couldnt ask for better service..

Our salesman was fantastic, informative and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention their prices on every item were the lowest in town. whirlpool cabrio washing machine stinks and the extended warranty sold is so bad - BBB sends you to the company Bankers Warrnty. refuse to come out until is not operating. loud spinning noise isny good enough. second such machine to die after about 30 months. dont ask why we stayed with whirlpool. mistake!!!

I purchased a mattress @ the Oldsmar store about a year ago and have been very pleased with the quality. I was looking for a firm bed that was also a great value - I found one on sale here and am very glad I purchased it. The salespeople are very knowledgeable, professional and made excellent suggestions.

Great experience from sale through delivery. I knew what I wanted, purchased, great deal btw, delivered. Washer and Dryer - installation service was so much better than the big box store. Proper truck with lift, items are already unpacked when loaded on the truck so no surprises when delivered.

If it is all about after the sale, Famous Tates team gets a gold star. They bend over backwards to support much needed service on a LG refrigerator, they sent out a loaner, followed up every day during this process. I highly recommend them. They have a customer for life.
