The couch I bought a year and a half ago has broken 3 times. I have taken it to Cleos 2 times and they "fixed" it. The 3rd time, we decided to do it ourselves. Open up the bottom and 4 of the particle boards it is made from are warped. The boards are held together with staples (NOT BOLTS) that more than half of are not connecting to anything. The bolt in the middle of the couch that is supposed to support it cant even fit into the hole because the hole is too big. It looks like they told someone that has zero experience building things to fix it. The lack of knowledge is very obvious in the quality of work. I spent a lot of money on this couch but the most expensive part is the upholstery. This is why they sell the insurance to get it fixed for free because they know it will eventually break. Dont waste your time or money because the quality of this couch is NOT worth it.

Cleos Furnature is garbage. Be sure to read over anything you sign on the invoice in 6 point font. All sales are final regardless once they kick the merchandise out the door covered in plastic. They wont honor any returns, no exchanges, even if it was damaged prior to loading items. Spare yourself and do business somewhere honest.
