I love this grocery store! The products are mostly their brand, however they are as good as national name brands (except the coffee). The produce is really good and low priced! Things to know about shopping ALDI: You need a quarter to unlock the buggy. You get the quarter back when you return it to the buggy area. You can purchase bags or bring your own. They are located under the conveyer belt at checkout. Old fashion paper is 6 cents. Plastic is 10 cents (larger than Walmart bags). They only accept cash and Debit cards. No credit. No check. No SNAP. The employees are super friendly. They carry staples and seasonal groceries. I was buying Kroger brand and Great value with a little national brands mixed in. We now buy our food at ALDI and are saving $20-$40/week for a family of 4. So glad its here in Rome!
Checkout lady was nice, but you have to pay to use a shopping cart, and you do not get your things bagged. This would not be so bad if it had been mentioned in the ad so you could bring your own bag. Except for a couple of specials, I do not see any big savings in the stuff I usually buy and the choices are very limited. A better deal to me is the Sav-A-Lot. Also, as a person with a walking handicap, there is no apparent electric cart, only a wheelchair that would be difficult to use if you also have upper extremity problems and have no one to push you. Overall a big disappointment after all the build-up. Probably will not go back. Also, if i have to pay for it, i will not use a cart. i will just not buy more than i can carry in my old arthritis arms.
My husband and I are seniors and on a budget. We had been big Wal Mart shoppers. Mostly because of prices. We shopped Aldis and bought things we normally use. We then went to Wal Mart and compared prices. We were shocked at what the price difference was. On items we regularly use we saved a dollar to 50 cents per item. There produce is excellent. So we shop Aldis first and then go to Wal Mart. Take the time to shop and compare you will be amazed. The reason they charge you for a cart is they want you to return it. To many people leave their cart in the parking lot and they run into cars. This eliminates the problem. We love Aldis. It is worth packing our own groceries for the savings.

I love their German variety of items and price point. However the lack of consistency in items, long lines, and lack of choices for certain items made me give them a 3. Sometimes you will find great foods but they are gone and may never return again, each week.
Buggy full of groceries for under $100!! (Not two bags like Wal-Mart) Vegetables, fruits, and meats! They have the best selection around and their fruits and vegetables are always fresh and keep much longer than big box stores.
I have shopped Aldi in several states. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier, and I was coming from the hospital where I just got surgery. The girl I talked into shopping there will never be back
Aldi is fantastic! Remember to take your own bags and a quarter for a buggy! The prices and quality there just cant be beat. I have to drive pretty far so I go once every two weeks and stock up!
Love this store. Clean, friendly staff and great deals. The only complaint is I frequently buy produce that spoils very quickly. Store had great return /exchange policy though.
Place always has a great selection. Some of the people are nice and willing to help some are quick to not speak seem like they dont want to be there. And sometimes a bit dirty.
Great place to grocery shopping for the family. Alot of good bargains on named brand items and cheap prices on their brand. Never found anyone cheaper on milk or eggs yet.
Its not a large store they maintained a good inventory also and never find outdated products with double guarantee of customer satisfaction you cant beat this
I love Aldi! Shopping here makes our grocery bill so much lower each month. I especially enjoy this store, and find the employees to be generally very nice.
Their produce is the same as the closer, higher priced chain stores but at 1/3 of the price! I can always find neat new things to try in Aldi as well.
Very interesting grocery store. Very european with a surprising good selection of off-brand items (and some name-brand) and very good prices.
Good products at good prices. They dont have everything on my grocery list but enough that its my first and often only stop.
Great savings. Stretches our budget and builds the foundation of delicious meals. Shop here multiple times per week.
Small and concise grocery store with incredibly cheap food. Amazing staff that are very helpful and hard working!
Staff is always helpful. Building is always clean and well stocked. Prices cannot be beat anywhere else in town.
Like Aldi but they will let the checkout line wrap around the store before they open another lane.
Productos Baratos de Buena Calidad
Save money and get great food! All the staples and then some for half the price. Cant beat it!
Prices are much lower on their own brands. Quality of their brand is better than generic.
I love this place, they have good cheese, olives, olive oil and some Italian deli items.
We love Aldi! The people here could be a tad more friendly but otherwise, great store!
Good quality for very low prices. If the selection was bigger Id give it 5 stars.
Aldi has the best prices on grocery. The staff are pleasant, and welcoming.

Great place. Glad to get one. I had 3 near me in Riverdale, Ga. My #1 store.
I hear they have great prices but I have found better prices at Save A Lot
We love Aldi. The price on their produce is worth the drive across town.
Great prices and a quick in and out. Eggs and milk the cheapest in town
Its small limited items decent prices but nothing to get excited about.
We Love Aldi! Almost everything we need for groceries at great prices.
This aldi doesnt have all of the choices the others do, but its okay
Affordable and convenient shopping without the big store hassle.
we love ALDI!!
Always get my fruit and vegetables here. Everything is so cheap.
A good place to go when you dont need a lots or is short on
Great prices and very many choices of Gluten-Free options!
Great place to get essential items at a reasonable price.

We love Aldi! Almost everything we need at great prices.
Produce is usually decent and the prices are the best.
One cashier sitting down ALWAYS long lines ridiculous!
Great prices. However they dont carry a lot of items
Great prices and large selection of everything
Not fancy, but clean, low prices, nice people.
Its a pretty good place to get good groceries.
A surprisingly wonderful shopping experience.
Compared to other Aldis, this is my favorite.
