This is a very customer service oriented store. Both times they have rearranged the store they had someone whose sole job it was to help you locate items. Although in many cases the prices are higher than Wal-mart the Angus Ground Round at the meat counter (read ground fresh everyday, unlike Meijer or Wal-mart) is often 3.49 per LB. Prices on Red Gold products are cheaper than Wal-mart. Also the lines are much shorter than Wal-mart often is. I would bet the per order check out time is much less than at Wal-mart

Nicest place to grocery shop around here. Prices arent always the lowest (compared to budget places like Aldi), but the store is always incredibly clean and has a much better selection than the smaller grocery stores. Occasionally it wont have what Im looking for, in which case Walmart does, but thats only for more exotic foods or bulk items. Bring your own bag for a 5 cent discount!

The management here really doesnt know whats going on (for the most part). That is a fact. The cashiers and all of the workers are very friendly. They all have great personality! The prices can be fairly high, but I watch out for the sales, I end up spending less than I would elsewhere. Also, the alcohol prices are some of the best in Muncie. Hands down.

Although I often shop for groceries at Walmart South because its much closer, its nice to have a "homegrown" competitor in Marsh Supermarkets. Theres definitely a difference in some of the product offerings between Marsh, Walmart, Aldi and Kroger, which can be a refreshing change from shopping at the same store every week.

Overpriced, small selection, freezer burned frozen section, and poorly stocked. Seems like everytime I go there for a sale item it is out of stock. Isnt that your business, to have some sort of inventory managament system in place?

The staff here has always been incredibly helpful. The shelves are always stocked with fresh food and the employees really know there way around the store. If you ever need anything dont be afraid to ask someone, theyre great!!
