From their website I was going to choose the Deal of the Day but was unsure what I was getting for the money. So I went into the shop to pick out an arrangement for our 30 Year Wedding Anniversary which falls on Valentines Day. Staff was very friendly and helpful in showing me the types of flowers they would use based on my color choices. I was also able to review the vase choices as well. For only $70 plus delivery charge, you can tell by the picture it was a stunning arrangement that made everyone at my wifes job jealous. Even though the delivery window was 9am - 12pm, they made sure it was there first thing in the morning for her to enjoy before getting to busy prepping/serving lunch at the elementary school.

I wanted to send a nice plant and a favorite drink (diet Sunkist) to one of our colleagues and they didnt even flinch at my request. They were extremely helpful in helping me decide exactly which plant I wanted to send and very courteous. I spoke with at least two people, of which both had an awesome attitude for this wonderful rainy Friday that were having. Thanks to both of you for loving what you do and being good at it. I will absolutely be using them again and letting others in my area know how great they are.

I have ordered from this place on three occasions and all three were terrible! The recipient received an arrangement that was nothing like what I ordered/expected. All times I felt as though we were jipped a little because they perhaps thought I wouldnt know what they delivered. I do not suggest this florist AT ALL!!! P.S. I know several people that have had very similar experiences. Do not order from this place.

The owner is friendly and she remembers me every time I come in (shame on me for not remembering her name). Deliveries are on time and flowers are great. Asked for lilies once and she said no... Not because they did not have them, but they were getting a new shipment the next day and would be better/fresher/prettier then. Honest good florist shop.

This florist is a place to call and depend on from the most expensive to the least expensive arrangement you will get your moneys worth. For some reason their flowers last weeks. The customer service is warm and friendly. The manager is very personable and helpful. Price is well worth the service and the quality of flowers of your liking.

I spent $10 additional to get the gourmet chocolates, but I got a $2 bag of M & Ms. I called them back and they said it was a comparable substation. I am pretty sure a bag of M & Ms are not gourmet chocolates. I will not be using them again, I recommend you dont either. They also said they would refund me the $10 which never happened.

Over priced and average quality arrangements at best. They have issues with their ability to deliver in a timely manor. Owner is very condensending and could absolutely use a training course in customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere from hear on out and so should you.

They did not send what i ordered and when i called to speak to someone they were very rude and unprofessional. never said i am sorry and just made excuses over and over. They stated they sent premium roses but they were dead two days later. I will never use them again

I called them Saturday morning for flowers for my wifes birthday and the staff was very friendly and helped me decide the best arrangement. They had a gorgeous flower arrangement ready for me by the time I arrived. My wife loved the flowers!!! Highly recommended!
