Okay so Ive had my car since July 7 and now my car is just all messed up! My speaker blew beginning of August from I dont know what it just stopped working and I do not blast my music. My brakes been squeaking since my third week of having the car. Drivetime warranty told me they dont cover brakes or radios. My maintenance required light is even on God knows what else is wrong. My mind is just blown because now I have to pay out of pocket for this. I called Drivetime also and I was told theres nothing they can do. I was even told by family and friends that my car shouldnt cost as much as Im paying. To sum it up Im stuck with this car and Im very unhappy. I dont recommend Drivetime, Im sorry to say. Ive even spoke to a handful of past Drivetime buyers and they were furious about their cars also.

I feel cheated out of my money!!!!! Got the car 10/1/2014 car broke down 5 days after i took it out of the lot.. i havent had it for 1 month it left me stranded on 10/5/214 a part that is under the car was zip tied and the zip tied broke on 10/16/14 a day after a got it back from the shop so its dragging a part unable to reverse because if not the part thats dragging will make the bumper fall off the bumper and 10/26/14 did not want to start.. call warranty company all they tell me is take it back to the shop to see is they cover... also was told that if i want i can take the car back to the dealer but they wont return my deposit and it will go on my credit... i asked if i could change it was told NO... employees are very nice

I went online searching for bad credit auto loans and DriveTime was the first search option. I did a quick online application and was approved immediately. I was a little hesitant about jumping in to something on my first try, but once I came into the office, JP, Kamika and the rest of the staff got me approved and helped me tremendously throughout the entire process. They worked with me and my credit situation and got me an affordable down payment. After 3 trips, I drove away with a 2012 Honda Civic and I love it. I recommend anyone who is searching for a used car with not so stellar credit to check out DriveTime in Miami Lakes.

JP called me to tell me I was preapproved for a car so come in and look at cars..I was feeling very hopeless because of my credit but I went anyways. Little did I know they approved me with a GREAT deposit, and Im leaving today with my First car!. They worked with me and was very patient as i gather up my finances to make the purchase. I am so happy someone gave me a chance Drive Time Definitely gets 5 stars from me. Also the employees are super nice and professional, they make you feel welcome and value you as a customer, they made me feel good by telling me you will leave with you car today which they was right!..

The staff were professional, and very helpful they provide numerous options for cars that would fit into your budget. and they offer excellent advice based on the information you provided to them. After reviewing server options I finally decided on the Sonata This is a nice riding car,quiet ride. The paint is really nice, The motor is very smooth, hardly know its idling. I think the interior is upscale, wood-like trim a nice stereo and power everything. Overall thought, this is a lot of car for the money. Its wasnt my dream car, but neither was my credit (lol) but does many things well and the mileage is excellent

Well first off I was a little skeptical on how business would have gone by with this company which is drive time. I went around to test drive a vehicle that I was not sure of buying but ending up getting due to the fact that I have fell in love with it. Mr. Fraser has done a great job. He showed me and also told me the ropes around about the car and made sure that integrity was well sponsored . I greatly appreciated Brian Fraser and I wish him great success and with a promotion for doing such a great job with his customers and making them feel free, welcomed, and happy. Thank you again. They were really helpful as soon as I walked thru the door. They are reasonable and the quality of the cars are way better than the other dealerships in the area. They put their customers first and it shows. I know that they usually make a killing with preowned cars but if I were to get a preowned car it would be here. They do not seem like sharks out to get your money. They seem like they really want to help people. I think thats how all dealerships should be. They should be out to help people not scam people clueless. I recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the inventory is awesome.

Benjamin was absolutely the best. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. He made sure he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was getting into every step of the way. This will be my first car and Im absolutely 100% satisfied with this company and the service I received here. I was a bit skeptical at first with this being a used dealership but by the end of the sale I was extremely comfortable in what I was purchasing. I was allowed to make sure every single thing in the car worked before signing anything. 100% happy customer.

They was very helpful and professional Mike and Jean thanks very much for your help me and my wife are very happy.So I got a love hate for drivetime now they sold me a mess up car which I had to take back the transmission was bad and the brakes was also bad and juffy told me that the car needed a oil change wtf I just got this car I told the jiffy guy. my point is I am never going back there no one apologize to me or my sister so I hope you guys that are buying their cars go on the highway to test drive it youll see what I know lol have I bless day or night

The customer service was great. Steve took his time and was very informative on everything. Cleveland was very knowledgeable about everything. He took his time and made sure I understood everything I was getting into. Them Brian was very sweet and patient with filling in the gaps with making sure everything was the way they should be so I can drive off the lot with my BRAND NEW and VERY FIRST CAR!!!!!!!! Im so pleased and grateful for this team of men that helped me out. I plan on refiring all of my friends to this location to get their car!!!!!!
