HE SIDO CLIENTE DE BMW POR LOS ULTIMOS TRES ANOS Y EN ESE TIEMPO HE ARRENDADO CON ELLOS 3 AUTOS , -Z4 2007 JULIO 2007 -650 CONVERTIBLE 2007 DICIEMBRE 2007 -SERIE 5 2009 ABRIL 2009. Y HE TENIDO MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA PORQUE NO HE TENIDO APOYO NI DE SOUTH MOTOR NI BMW OF NORTH AMERICA . MI CARRO 650 CONVERTIBLE 2007 SE BLOQUEA EL CONVERTIBLE DESDE QUE LO COMPRE CASI DOS VESES AL MES Y CADA DOS O TRES MESES LO HE TENIDO QUE LLEBAR POR EL PROBLEMA Y NUNCA LO HAN PODIDO ARREGLAR SIEMPRE ME DICEN LO MISMO QUE NO VOLVERA A PASAR Y CREO QUE NI ELLOS SABEN CUAL ES EL PROBLEMA PORQUE A LOS POCOS DIAS PASA OTRA VEZ , LO DEJO DE USAR UNO O DOS DIAS Y SE DESBLOQUEA OTRA VEZ . EN UNA VARIAS OCACIONES LLAME A BMW OF NORH AMERICA Y SOLO ME DECIAN QUE LO SENTIAN MUCHO QUE EL CARRO TENIA QUE SER VISTO POR UN ESPECIALISTA , QUE DICHO ESPECIALISTA NUNCA LO PUDO ARREGLAR , SOLO QUERIA SENTIRME APOLLADO POR ELLOS PERO NO FUE ASI. EN ESTE MOMENTO ME QUEDAN TRES MESES DE LEASE Y DECIDI HACER OTRO LEASE PERO CON OTRA MARCA Y ESTOY PAGANDO POR LOS DOS CARROS Y SOLO USO UNO PUES EL BMW ESTA EN MI CASA HASTA QUE SE TERMINE EL LEASE CREO QUE NO ES JUSTO ,PUES NO PUEDO MAS, CADA VES QUE SE BLOQUEA EL TECHO NO PUEDO ABRIR EL MALETERO Y EN UNA DE LAS OCACIONES MI MALETA CON MI COMPUTADORA SE QUEDARON TRANCADAS Y YO TENIA UNA PRESENTACION IMPORTANTE CON UN CLIENTE Y QUEDE MUY MAL . EN OTRA OCACION SE QUEDO LA MALETA DE MI HIJA CON SU PASAPOERTE Y NOS TENIAMOS QUE IR DE VIAJE . HA SIDO UNA MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA Y NO QUIERO QUE NADIE TENGA QUE PASAR POR ESTO.

Tu BMW se descompone y has pensado llevarlo a South Motor BMW Service?, pues considera esto, en mi auto se dano la computadora, desidi acudir a este lugar por lo proximo que me queda de mi negocio, lo deje alli en la manana de un lunes, para el viernes recivo llamada del sercive advisor y me notifica que ordenarian la computadora a la factoria y deberia estar el lunes proximo, luego de que tenian la computadora y habiendome dejado saber el costo, unos 1500 dollares, aun el jueves el auto no estaba listo, es decir casi dos semanas para sustituir un modulo y reprogramarlo, ademas de cargarme mas de $1500, el servicio es pesimo a pesar del buen trato del advisor, creo que los mecanicos estan muy mal organizados y no dan a basto ,ademas mi personal impresion, es todo un infierno es lugar la cantidad de BMW que ves entrando a servicio por problemas de roturas, antes de tener BMW, tenia Mercedes Benz y en mas de tres anos nunca experimente tanta desilucion, en la Mercedes Benz jamas vez tanta cantidad de Mercedes nuevos arribando en towing service como en la BMW, los invito a deterse unos minutos alli y les aseguro que veran entrar mas de un BMW nuevo en towing service, creo que estan fabricando esos costosos autos con menos calidad que la FORD ya es mucho decir, es mi primer BMW y sera el ultimo. gracias.

Be smart drive to LARGO HONDA! Everyone I encountered at SM was extremely pushy & dishonest. I was firm and kept insisting that I was NOT prepared to buy that day. The salesperson was full of it & even tried to say they only had one of the cars I was looking at when there was an identical BRIGHT RED car on the other side of the front as if we couldn’t see it for ourselves. He conveyed to the manager that I was interested in buying that day-I was not. I told the manager I WAS NOT LICENSED OR INSURED and he still would not quit. Each time the salesperson & manager left we were sitting in the lobby for 30+ minutes at a time and for what? There were no customers & they wouldn’t even tell us what they were doing. The manager told my mom he remembered when she got her first car there 40+ years ago…He also kept saying he remembered my late grandmother which really disgusted me. We just trying not to be rude by walking out on the manager. He and the salesman disappeared again and the finance guy- Newton came out and was VERY RUDE. I’m confused how anyone expects a potential buyer to feel comfortable spending a large sum of money IN CASH with that treatment. He barely answered my questions & called the manager back & he asks “what happened?” once again I stressed I was NOT buying the car that day but would’ve liked some info on my incentive options but I guess that was too much for Newton to do. They really refuse to listen to you and want to bully you and trick you into a rushed purchase. After they disappeared for at least the 6th time we finally got up and walked out. The manager who is an older gentleman came running out into the street in front of a moving car that he thought was us to chase us down!!! He caught my dad before we could take off & all of a sudden wanted to say he would look at the price again. After that it was endless calls & voicemails daily & I finally had to block them after they once again ignored my requests to lay off. After that ordeal I found out that someone I know is connected to the online sales manager so I had her contact him on top of the email I sent & HE NEVER RESPONDED!! Thats baffling to me. I was open to giving them a second chance but that made my decision to go elsewhere waaay easier. I ended up going to Largo Honda for my car a month later and I’m more than happy with the service I got from Anthony Ruiz & Sheena in finance.
