Sales is ok but dishonest. The Car had overheated on a test drive a day after we drove it (Noted on Service history) we were never informed. The Day after the car overheated they called and asked for a deposit. The Car ended up being ok but we would have never touched that car if we had known that piece of information. A Cars Engine overheating can cause serious mechanical issues depending on the severity. This Review Mainly Pertains to Service Department. I have had more than one bad experience with this dealers Service department. Every time I had given them the benefit of the doubt but the last time they crossed the line. I got my car a few years ago from them it was a CPO car which means (Certified Pre-Owned) this basically means they check the car based on an inspection list which covers 145 items + or whatever they are advertising these days. If for instance the brake pads are below 50% life left they change them. Belts, Fluids..etc they do all this work to give you the peace of mind that everything that needed taking care of was done. So that you have a car in "like new" condition. After taking delivery of the car we found that many items that where on that checklist that did REQUIRE changing were not done. For Example my Belts were cracked and frayed but they ignored it. There were a few other items that they had clearly missed. After calling Infiniti of North America they called us back and apologized. They made good on their mistakes. I had brought my car in for a very loud creaking noise, there was actually a Technical Service Bulletin for it. A Technical Service Bulletin(TSB) basically is for common problems with a specific model/year with the recommended fix with instructions. They had to replace 2 bolts per side of the car, so a total of 4 to fix this issue. I only had to wait for a short amount of time before I was out but shortly after I got home I noticed that one side was still making noise. Reading over the TSB again I decided it would save me time to just look at it myself. What I found shocked me they had only replaced one of the two bolts on this side of that car that was making noise. I ordered the bolts and fixed it myself. No more noise, Shoddy repair job by sawgrass Infiniti. Lastly I had an extra maintenance item I did with them, for almost $300. I ended up doing some extra work on my car myself which required that same maintenance item to be performed again. I found that what Sawgrass Infiniti did either was done improperly or not completed at all. I had irrefutable proof of my issues with their service so, I tried to sit with them, I even contacted the Service Manager no one wanted to speak with me. I ended up having to do a charge back on my Card and got my money back for services not rendered. That is the last time I will ever step foot on that dealers property. The Service Department is very incompetent. For anyone reading this and looking to buy used/CPO car from this dealer, make sure you get a service history before and the same day you take delivery of your car. If CPO makes sure the money you are paying to have it certified is completed properly. Once you get your car make sure you get it checked out from a third party mechanic, this advice is good with any used car sold by anyone

I very seldom write reviews for products or services, but I feel compelled to say something about how badly I was bilked by Sawgrass Infiniti. You go to a dealership to buy a used/pre-owned car, even though you know youll end up paying more than if you had gone through a private seller, because, at least ostensibly, the dealership has some level of standards and does some amount if reconditioning (or rejecting) of the vehicles before they make it onto the lot for sale, so you expect that youre at least buying a car thats safe and isnt on the verge of breaking down when you drive it off the lot. Apparently, Sawgrass Infiniti didnt get that memo or doesnt subscribe to that philosophy. I feel like their sales staff must have been laughing at me like Nelson from the Simpsons as I was driving away in the car I had just bought from them. They let me trade in my deceased fathers prized possession for a shitbox, a true lemon. My problems with the car started literally the day after I bought my 2010 G37S. The service engine light came on when I started the car to go to work that next morning. I have a code reader, so I plugged it into the car and found that it wasnt a new issue, it was something that the dealership didnt bother to fix or look into, they just reset the code, so it wouldnt show up when we were test driving the car. That week, my husband put the car on ramps and looked at the undercarriage of the car... its DANGEROUSLY rusted out - from the actual structure to the exhaust system to even up inside the engine bay. I took it to my local Infiniti dealership because I was hearing some disturbing sounds when making tight turns and a clicking noise when engaging the power to the axles (again, problems that should not have been issues immediately upon purchasing the car) and when their master mechanic put my car on the lift, he told me he didnt even want to touch it for fear that things were going to fall apart from the severity of the rust corrosion. He was ashamed that any dealership, let alone an Infiniti dealership, would have tried to sell this car. He would have rejected it and sent it to wholesale, it would have never shown up on their lot. Fixing all of the issues (not all were mentioned above) with this car is going to cost me thousands of dollars and who knows how much time. So when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle from Sawgrass Inifiniti, caveat emptor (buyer beware) has never been a more appropriate piece of advice.

I cant say enough about this dealer and the people that I have come in contact with. I have two cars that I have purchased from them, one new and one used. Purchasing the new one was a very pleasurable experience. My salesman, Brian Shiner, was pleasent, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The sale went great in cost, time and follow-up. Any small issue that I had was handled professionally and promptly to my satisfaction. He is also the person that I bought my used car from. I had given him my specs and he wouldnt sell me a car until he found one that he was totally sure I would be happy with. He called me often to tell me that he was still looking but hadnt found the right one yet until he called and said he had the right one. He was right and again, the sale was more pleasureable than the first time. The car was right, the deal was good and the attention to detail was excellent. As for the service at this dealership, it has been well beyond my expetations. My service manager, Steve Samson, and he is MY service manager, calls to schedule routine maintenance and follows up on every visit. When I did have an issue with the cruise control, he and Ed Christiansen, the mechanic, checked everything possible to resolve the problem. They made sure that it was working perfectly and that I was totally satisfied with the work that was done. Since then, anytime that I have brought either car into the dealership, Steve has gone above and beyond what I come to expect from other dealers. His recommendations for services and issues have been right on and my cars have performed flawlessly. He has helped as best he could with the costs and I have come to the fact that he and Ed the mechanic have helped me keep my cars as good if not better than new. Their explanation of things that have been required has been been clear with reasons and the time to accomplish them which makes me know that I have people watching out for not only my investment, but most importantly, my safety and that of my family. Yes, I would recommend this dealership and have done so to all my friends. With professionals like this and the work eithics that they have showed me, I know they have a customer for a very long time.
