I just bought a 2015 Mazda from the new ownership at Tysons Priority Mazda, and had an absolutely fantastic experience. For USAA bank/insurance customers (I know there are many in NOVA), their TrueCar estimate through USAA was one of the lowest for what I was looking for, and thats what got me interested. Andrew was my salesman before and during my visit, and was outstanding in every way. I had an email exchange for a few days beforehand on models, availability, and pricing, and it was informative, forthcoming, and responsive without pestering. During my visit to the dealership, it is clear the new management is committed to a great customer experience. Not only was Andrew and the whole staff friendly, non-pressure, and informative, but it came with free latte and hot chocolate. They also talked about the plans they have to revamp the entire interior for a more friendly waiting and service experience, even manicure Wednesdays for those bringing cars in for service. Plus, your purchase comes with lifetime oil changes and state inspections… hard to beat. They’ve got the most forward-thinking customer service attitude Ive seen. Negotiations, which I always hate, were respectful, flexible, and non-pressuring when my wife and I needed time to talk things over. Oh yes, and completing the paperwork was easy. You can always judge a car-buying experience by that drive-home feeling you get in your gut about whether you got taken, or are uncertain if you got a good deal. I had that sincere warm glow that I enjoyed my visit and got a great value -- lots of car for the money -- that I will enjoy for the next 10 years, just as I did my previous Mazda. Thanks guys. Buyers, I definitely recommend you give them a try and compare to your other car-buying experiences.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience at Priority Mazda. Best car dealership experience Ive had by far. We worked with Bryce Do, who was great from the start. I was steeled for the stereotypical dealership experience (playing the games, a feeling things are being pushed on you), but this wasnt the case. Yes, its a selling environment and we all know what that entails, but it really didnt feel like we were being pressured beyond our expressed needs. Bryce was awesome and generous with his time - he spent lots of time going over our questions took us out to the lot multiple times to see different configurations of the model we were considering (and purchased), and was open with us as we sat down to discuss price. Bryce is a really professional and courteous person to work with. Ill also mention that Ash in finance was awesome as well. It wasnt just about running the numbers - he gave us some great advice about the dealership and even some warranty options as we were waiting for the bank to call back. He turned something I expected to be transnational into a valuable part of the experience. Great guy! All in all, we had a great experience at Priority Mazda. And I havent even gotten into the dealer perks they offer (free oil changes - incl synthetic oil for Mazdas - state inspections, and engine coverage for life.). That was a selling point for us as well.

I was very happy with my first car buying experience! I got a 2016 Mazda3 and my main contact was Bryce Do. He was very helpful and informative with all the questions I had. I also spoke with his manager Billy, and they were both very straightforward and eager to offer assistance. They are a new dealership with lots of perks and offered competitive pricing right off the bat. I was very skeptical about dealing with car salesmen, but I didnt have any issues in the end. They also specially brought in my car since the model I wanted wasnt on the lot. I negotiated the price before going into the dealership and was prepared to see some hidden/surprise fees, but did not have that experience. Ash in finance was also very helpful and nice. I just picked up my car last weekend so have yet to see how the service and the perks pan out but will post updates when I do! Go online to read about their priorities for life because they are definitely very attractive. One thing that I misunderstood until after my purchase is that only "regular"/"non-synthetic" oil changes are offered for life at any location. If you want synthetic oil (recommended), you can only get that for life at this location. I believe at other locations, you would need to cover the cost of the difference. Still a good deal, but just something thats not clearly explained online/in the brochure/upfront.

Let me start by saying that this was the third dealership I came to, and after the first two I was beginning to worry that I might not be able to escape what many of us think of as the normal car salesman experience. I could not have been more wrong! Right from square one I felt like I was well taken care of. Milad took the time to listen to every single one of my questions and concerns and offered his advisement and expertise when appropriate. At the other dealerships I felt like they were trying to steer me towards a certain vehicle, whereas Milad and the whole team at Priority really made me feel like they were just trying to use their experience and inventory to help put me in the best vehicle for ME! When I had additional questions, Milad and the sales Manager were right on top of it. When I realized I left something inside my trade-in car, Milad was right on top of it. And when there was a slight banking issue on my end, the finance manager Barbara put in extra effort to save me another long trip back to the dealership. I am happy to recommend Priority Mazda to all of my friends and family!

Ive always been a Mazda fan, so I found this place online. Buying experience was great. Then I got the warranty by when I bought my car in February, I wanted to cancel it 1 day later and I was promised by the sales guy that he would take care of it. I knew I shouldnt have trusted him because till now Im STILL paying for this warranty that I wanted removed 6 months ago. Ive tried contacting everyone At this place. The guy that sold me the car (Bryce) no longer works there nor does the sales guy that sold me the warranty. I was forwarded to the sales manger SAID. I messaged him in June and he NEVER responded back after our emails. I had to contact the warranty place myself and still dont know if I will get my money back. I never write reviews, but this is the worst customer service Ive ever received. SIX MONTHS of paying for something I was told would have been Cancelled. I went to priority Toyota in Springfield to get my oil changed and they were amazing!!!! Really disappointed in Priority Mazda.
