This was my first solo car buying experience, and I cant imagine it being any worse. I managed to buy the car that I wanted, and it would have been below blue book value, had the car not been riddled with problems that I ended up having to pay for. First, I just want to mention that the car had less than a half gallon of gas when t pulled off the lot; I know this because I ran out of gas about 3 miles down the road, in a car that gets about 24 miles to the gallon. The tires that "passed the safety inspection" seemed to be ok, until the first mechanic that I had the car taken to informed me otherwise. My third time driving the car, it started overheating, so I took it to my mechanic. In that first visit to my mechanic, I learned that the car needed new tires, it needed a new water-pump and thermostat, the car needed a new differential, a new rear wheel baring, AND it needed a new oil pan gasket. So, on top of the $11,000.00 that I paid to buy the car, I had an additional $3000 in replacements and repairs. They do not repair the cars at this dealership, the just band-aid them well enough to sell them, and stick an "as is" sales document to the window. I realize that I could have inspected the vehicle a little better, but, like I said, this was my first solo car buying experience, and even if I had done a more thorough inspection, I wouldnt have been able to find all of these problems -which their "mechanic" should have noticed and fixed before the dealership put the car up for sale. But, in my opinion, a buyer shouldnt have to worry about the dealership being out to swindle you either, and I would strongly advise you to worry about these dishonest humans selling you a money-pit.

Bought my first car here almost a year ago, havent had any serious issues. Plus I got a great deal, car was in almost perfect condition even with 107k miles and being 10 years old. Only one problem that we didnt know about when purchasing the mustang but fixed it for $40! Havent had any issues since. Just remember most of the cars are sold as is, so if you have problems after purchasing its on you. Make sure to be thorough when looking over your future vehicle, or bring an experienced mechanic along to check it out. Michael was a great salesman, pretty funny guy, and has some good morales. While checking out another vehicle someone else came and offered michael more than I did for my vehicle, but he asked if I still wanted it, and I came back and bought it!

Stay Clear of this dealer. They "patch up" vehicles that have been in serious accidents and sell them as "No Accident" vehicles. The way they do it is by finding cars involved in an accident but was never reported to the insurance company. That way, the accident does not show on CarFax. I bought a vehicle from them that was presented as "1 Owner No Accident". but 2 Toyota dealerships and an independent mechanic have confirmed that the vehicle has a bent frame consistent with a high speed front end collision. I have filed an Unfair and Deceptive Practices claim against them. My advice is go SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Finding parking definitely wasnt easy, as it is a small lot in the front and side. After circling a few times and parking, I walked in. The rep didnt seem interested or motivated to assist but I saw the Honda and Audi I was interested in. He told me he wasnt interested in my trade in because of the mechanical condition it was in so it was pretty much open and shut but I decided to see the inventory anyway. The Honda didnt start.... The Audi he didnt offer to let me test drive. Cool guy after talking for a bit but if I wanted a conversation rather than a car, I wouldve gone to a coffee shop.

Dont waste your time, drove from Baltimore to check out the 07 Yukon Denali. Dannys attitude sucked from the door..that was flag 1. Emailed him last week asking was all the maintenance up to date, got a sarcastic response from him implying just because it wasnt showing on the car fax doesnt mean it was done..flag 2. Test drove the SUV knocking sound coming from engine and acceleration was very very sluggish for a 6.2 vortec. Took the vehicle back.. again very S#*&Y attitude address what I felt was wrong with one of the many pieces of s*%t on his lot! If I could give this place a -

I went to test drive a GMC Yukon XL 2007 tan. Please do your research and Google how to identify whether a car has been in a flood or not. This vehicle is so rusted underneath there was holes in the muffler and I felt like if I touch the frame of the car it would just disintegrate. There was such a bad horrible smell inside the car that was musty I could tell the carpets were freshly shampooed to hide the water damage. These are high signs of it being in a flood. After I left there I started coughing from the horrible must inside the vehicle.

Be aware!!!!!!!! Stay away from this dealer. I found all sales people are extremely rude and non professional. They deal clients very badly and pressurize them to buy car on their advertised price. I found sales manager named Dany very rude and he deals 2 to 3 clients at the same time, which is so non professional sales ethics. I was so interested to buy a car from them but because of their bad customer service I changed my mind to not buy from this dealer.

These guys are the reason used car salesmen are stereotyped as dishonest. They buy piece of *expletive* cars and try to sell them as is with no mention of any issues. If you call them out on something thats wrong with a car they roll their eyes and act like youre being unreasonable. I feel dumb for having done business here - and never will again.

Worst experience ever. Got a 2011 Mazda 6i sport from them and when I took it through inspection they said the tires was bad and no wiper blades on the vehicle. They only gave me tags and a sticker that expired for the next month from when I got it. Now I have to pay my own money at MVA. Dont go there.

Excellent selection of cars. Great service, easy financing that makes purchases easy. Prices are great compare to major dealerships or even private sellers. They will work with you and make it work for you no matter what.
