Just bought an 09 Rio here today [09/01/2015] and so far I love it. The service here was great, very friendly and professional. They were also willing to help me out [Im a student] and even offered to let me split the payment for the car if I needed to. I worked mostly with Charles, but everyone there seemed really great! I would definitely recommend taking a look at their cars! ---- I just believed an update was necessary for the review to actually be accurate. It is now November 5th and I have only just now been able to get my car registered and inspected (emissions). It took 2 months of calls and visits before I was finally able to get a title for my vehicle (though technically Im still waiting for this in the mail). To be fair, there was some sort of issue wherever they bought the car BUT in the end, they ended up titling it without a previous title somehow so that was moot. I was offered no compensation, though they did keep my car temporarily registered (but what were they really going to do since I had already payed them $5000 for the car). This all coupled with the fact that when I bought the car I immediately (the next day) had to replace the battery because the one they sold with it was expired (in February) AND as soon as I drove it off the lot the TPMS light came on (and stayed on despite them saying it was just low air in my tires). While the owner did apologize (almost every time I was there) I was offered no compensation for any of this hassle (though at one point during a call someone HAD offered to cover the taxes and title fee, that never happened), and while I understand used cars are you get what you pay for sort of deal I think this is all beyond the scope of that. If my title had been less of a hassle (a 2 month ordeal and constant no call backs (even when they scheduled the calls) has left me overall disenchanted and disappointed with this auto dealership and I would not recommend it to my friends or family. [To be clear no one was ever outright rude to me (the employees were mostly polite and friendly), it was just a stressful, bad experience.]

I purchased a good vehicle at a reasonable price from this dealership. However, you really need to do your research before visiting this dealership. Make sure you uderstand what the vehicle you are looking at is really work. They tried to convince me that I was paying less than trade in value. They used a popular online pricing tool to make this claim. However they vastly over stated the condition of the vehicle. As I said it is in good condition NOT excellent. On the way home from purchasing the vehicle I noticed one of the power locks did not work. When I notified the dealership of this issue within 30 mins of purchase they offered to repair it for $235.00. I understand it was not warrantied but 30 mins? Regardless, I elected to pay the dealership to make the repair. After leaving the vehicle with them for a couple days I went to pick it up. I was then informed that the issue was not repaired because they were sent the wrong part. The manager said he would get the correct part and send a mechanic to my apartment to do the repair for free. Unfortunately this did not happen. I then requested they just mail the part to me and I would fix it. The manager agreed but did not send the part. I have follwed up multiple times via phone and text and am being ignored. By the way I saved all of the text messages including the one in which the manager agreed to mail the part to me. My caution to you is if they will make so much out of a relatively small issue what will they do if you have a significant issue like not passing inspection or a major repair needed that you did not locate before purchase. Be careful.

This dealer is a scam... All their cars have roast and scratches and a lot of people come back asking for emission and inspection not passed. I worked here and its super ghetto the owner didnt even pay me. Not professional with their clients I wont recommend this to anyone who is trying to get a nice car away from mechanics.

Do not buy from this dealer, I purchased a 2007 BMW X5 in August 2016, it is has a world of trouble and they will not fix anything. It has been nothing but a problem since the day I left the lot. They reset the warning lights (check engine) and faked a repair that never happened. Mr. Mohammed, the manger/owner is very arrogant and refuses to stand by his product or word. They took 3 months to deliver the title to the car, and after 30 days they voided the warranty they gave me for the car. They will bait you with one car you like, then get you there and tell you that the car is not working. Please take your business elsewhere. I do not some hardworking person to go there and think they are going to give you a good running car. You will end up like me, paying a car note on a car that is inoperable and costs a fortune to repair. I thought VA had more laws to protect the consumers against FRAUD OPERATIONS such as this one. If I could give them a NEGATIVE star I would. Run away from this place.

This dealer is terrible. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Shady people who make empty promises. My wife and I bought a car from here, luckily it passed inspection, but needs new tires. The ones they sold us were cracked and worn, and they refused to replace them before we bought it. the ac only works on one setting which they failed to let us know, a bunch of the locks have to be done manually, which they failed to let us know, Tony lied when he sold us on the hands free assist in our Jepp liberty and when we got home to set it up, it had not been installed on the car. they have THE WORST customer service, tony, who sold it to us, refuses to call us back and whoever works the front desk never calls us back. We have been trying to get our license plates sent to us for the last couple weeks as thats what we were told they would do as we bought it from out of state. Our temporary tags expired and we have yet to receive our tags. Terrible people, poorly run buisness, stay far far away.
