Went to see a car on my way to work. It was a black 2015 Honda Fit. I called a couple of days before to get a CarFax sent to me and was told that they could only fax it to me because their scanner was broken( Remember this for later). They said the only alternative was to come in and get a copy. So I went in right before work and the salesmen was very polite. I told him I wanted to see the Carfax on that car and he started looking it up. He printed it out but said he had to make a copy of it. When he made a copy it looked like he took some pages out of the pile. He then handed me the duplicate copy instead of the original which I found sketchy. Now he is explaining to me why the car had a Lemon/Buyback CarFax and how this model has an issue with the check engine light coming on and Honda took the car back after three incidences of the check engine light. He assured me that Honda fixed all issues and resold the vehicle. In walks his manager or maybe the owner/Father? Anywho, that person sat down for a few minutes at the computer, then informed the salesmen that he gave me the wrong CarFax and that car had a different vin. He apologized and a new copy was printed. I informed these gentlemen while they were looking for the proper CarFax that I needed to leave exactly two minutes. They said that was fine. They stopped me at the door and told me again they had to make a copy but to only the first page. I gave it to them and guess what? The owner, who was the person I spoke to on the phone used the SCANNER to make the copy. ¡Mentiroso!!! So he again gave me the copy instead of the original. I told them I would be back the next morning. I came back the next morning. The actual CarFax was as clean as a whistle with only the original registration as a rental vehicle and then less than a year later sold at auction. Something told me that the car had been in an accident too. So instead of walking in to the office I just examined the car for a few minutes. I noticed the front fender wasnt completely flush with the body of the car. I pushed on it and it moved ever so slightly. Now this could have just been me nitpicking, but something was fishy. Now out comes the salesmen. He sees me and says hello from the front door but doesnt come up immediately. So I continued my inspection. He finally walked up to me and started to ask me some questions and suddenly he got a call. I told him to take it. I could hear most of the call clearly. When he finished his call he asked me if I wanted him to get me the key. I told him sure. He took one step away and stopped and told me, "By the way, I just want you to know that I have a customer coming from out of the state, 4 hours away to look at this exact car. The logic that he told someone to go 4 hours out of their way to see this car when it could have been gone by the time they got there is insane. Either way I heard the description of the other car. Completely different. I told him "Thats fine." and went back to inspecting the car. He went to get the key and when he got back he just unlocked it. He didnt even ask me if I wanted a test drive. By now I have decided to look at the tire wells. They were clean. Too clean for a car driven 11,000 miles. I see that behind the plastic there is metal covered in dirt but only spatters are on the plastic piece attached to the front and rear bumpers. I went to pop the hood and everything under the hood was coated in a clear oil. Even the plastics. Just then the salesmen comes back and and what I think about the car and I ask him about body work and he tells me it had the front bumper replaced because of a parking lot fender bender. I told him that both bumpers were replaced and there was a paint scuff on the trunk. I said I will pass because it was obviously in a bigger accident than he was letting on. He told me that was fine and that the car sells for 23 thousand and was listed at 15. I just walked away but I will tell you that the car only sells for 23 when purchased brand new.

This is going to be a very honest and unbiased review. The owner of this used car lot gets my respect for letting me THOROUGHLY inspect the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to raise it up and check for frame and body damage/repairs. As an automotive enthusiast and hobby mechanic, I know what to look for on vehicles. The carfax report stated a collision had taken place, but there were no details of the extent of damage. After doing an inspection, it is obvious that the car did not go through an insurance repair, but rather a quick fix with Bondo and sloppy paint cover-up. Trunk wasnt aligned which allows moisture to leak in, a massive amount of bondo was used to repair the trunk instead of replacing it, cracks in the bodywork which would cause moisture leakage and eventually rust, and some various damage here and there with metal body pieces. I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt that maybe he didnt know of these repairs and their poor quality. Upon informing him of the poor repair work, he simply said "Have a good day" and wanted nothing to do with discussing the car further. This tells me that the damage and repair work was known, and that he was hoping it would slide by. That is why I highly recommend having someone who is very proficient in automotive work with you if you plan to check out the inventory. The inventory at this lot consists of all rental/lease type vehicles. Most will have some form of accident damage. Everyone knows how people treat rentals. Understand that before going to Dream Auto. That doesnt mean that there arent good deals there, just be VERY cautious and attentive. The experience itself wasnt terrible. I enjoyed being able get a feel for the vehicle and learn about it. Just disappointing how abruptly business was concluded once the truth of the vehicles damage was uncovered. No negotiating was able to take place after that. Overall rating, 1 star for not being up front with ALL damage and repair work 5 stars for allowing me to FULLY inspect the vehicle and find every bit of damage 1 star for abruptly ending business when issues were brought to attention. Total:2 stars.

Its funny to read these reviews, you never see that. One review will say that this dealership is terrible and the next one will say that its the best experience they ever had. I bought a car from them and the experience is bad. The price for the vehicle was appropriate, but everything else ...well.... not so good. 1. The dealership will not provide you with a carfax, so get your own. (all of the cars have been in involved in accidents). Salesman/owner said that the accident was minor, but the carfax said that the car was towed away. 2. We spend half an hour negotiating the price and the price was "out the door". Once me and my friend came to pick up the car the salesman made it $300 dollars more. When I asked why he told me that the dealer fee was added. When I told him that we agreed on out the door price, he said that he has never heard of a terminology "out the door" and asked me, "what does the door have to do with a car?" Really dude? Really? thats how low you have to go. 3. The air conditioning was not blowing cold air and I asked the salesman to refill it and he told me that the car is under warranty and honda dealership will do it at no charge. Needless to say, Honda told me that it is not a warranty issue but a service issue and I needed to pay them $300 to service the aircon. Long story short, you have to be really good with cars and trust yourself to deal with these guys. I got screwed. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN.
