My salesperson Jack, was very helpful. However, I dont recommend doing business with this dealership. They seem to conduct business in a manner that is shady even for a used car dealership. First issue... Turns out there is a extra charge for "reconditioning" the vehicle of almost $1700 that they try to push on you for the "make ready" of the car when it arrives at the lot. I was only told of this fee when I got to the point of purchasing the vehicle and it was added on top of the selling price on the paperwork, in addition to the already high $799 processing fee. 2nd and more important issue...3 days after purchasing my car I discovered a large plug in my side wall of the back tire. Took it to get it looked at and had it confirmed that this should have never been done let alone passed their inspection. Requested that they replace it. They were willing to do so right away. However unwilling to do the other back tire so the tread wear would be the same vs. greatly uneven which is not the best for a 4WD/AWD vehicle. The manager, named Chris basically told me that he has been doing this for 20 years so he knows that its no big deal and had notice before they would only replaced the one, before selling...BS. Im sure they are thinking that Im just trying to get 2 new tires but its not about that because honestly they can keep their tire(s). I am taking care of it myself to avoid the 4 hours drive round trip to the dealership from my home. It was about them making something right when they did wrong, intentional or not. I find it extremely hard to believe that a qualified inspected missed such a large jagged plug a 1/2 inch wide in the side of my tire(Yes, I measured it.). And to be fair, I originally missed it too but I am not a licensed state inspector responsible for insuring the safety equipment on the cars I inspect either. In my opinion, whether they missed it or initially let it slide, doesnt really matter. Either way, I now have to worry what else was "missed" on this car that they did such a though inspection and reconditioning on. Take what you will from this post, as I am sure there are plenty of people that have had wonderful experiences with them. But for me, I should have listened to that gut feeling I had when the $1680 reconditioning fee was presented, that screamed "SHADY ALERT" and walked away, but I didnt. I only pray that I do not have to deal with them on anything else in the remainder of my warranty. My husband and I have 3 jeeps and this was by far the worse jeep dealership that we conducted business with. They will not be getting our business on the 4th.

Although thrilled with car, why I will never buy from Chrysler Dodge again. Enough similar sports cars out there that this one is not worth my stomach in knots, and the pain and frustration I’ve endured. Ordered car Aug 26th – Told 6 to 8 weeks Mon, Oct 3rd – told car was finished, shipping by truck that week, might even have by end of week. Wed, Oct 13th – after 12 attempted calls was told there is no male general sales mngr by that name, only a female by that name who works there and she is on vacation. Thur, Oct 14th - Got ahold of the Gen sales mngr I was looking for and was told car would ship either Fri or Mon. Mon, Oct 17th – Told car was shipped and is in transit. Fri, Oct 21 – Told car was still in railyard in Michigan and was being shipped by rail. Mon, Oct 24th – Told car was shipped from Michigan. Wed, Oct 26th – Told car was east coast now, loaded onto truck ~ 11:30 AM and was in transit from New Castle PA (it’s about a 5 hour drive from here). Thur, Oct 27th - ~ 1:30 PM - told car was in MD headed this way. Fri, Oct 28th - ~ 12:30 – told car was in transit from Jessup Md, straight shot to here with no other stops (Jessup is by Baltimore ~ 1 and 1/2 hours from here). Sat, Oct 29th – told car is in transit from Jessup Md. Mon, Oct 31st – told car is in transit from Jessup Md. Tue, Nov 1st – told car is in transit from Jessup Md. Wed, Nov 2nd – told car is in transit from Jessup Md, ~ 3:30 car has arrived at dealership. Thur, Nov 3rd – picked up car. In summary, although the dealership made a few mistakes, 90% of the problem was them reiterating what they had been told from Chrysler Dodge.

About a month ago, I decided to check out Leckner Dodge, after having bad experiences with multiple dealerships. Ryan Penick, my Salesman, greeted me and was very thorough in helping me find a vehicle that fits not only my routine, but my family. After settling on a vehicle, Ryan sat in it with me and went over all the gadgets. He even showed me how to hook up my iPod to play it through the car and synced my phone for phone calls. Being anxious about my first purchase, I then met with the Sales Manager, Mitchell Tichenor. After offering me coffee, he sat with me and went through all of the details of the price, being sure that I understood. We also talked about which rebates I was eligible for, the free oil changes, and the free inspections I received with the purchase. He really put my mind at ease after going over all of the paperwork. Ready to purchase, I met with the Finance Manager, Kim Burke. I financed through them and Kim was able to get me right where I wanted to be with affordable monthly payments and a good interest rate. Before I drove off of the lot my car had been detailed, washed, and had a full tank of gas since it had been used for test driving. Leckner Dodge has a very warm and inviting environment about them and my visit was very smooth and hassle-free. I will be purchasing with Leckner on any future purchases. Thank you for all of you accommodations!

I am giving 3 stars even though they could not help me out. Their inventory is the lowest price you will see at any Jeep dealership around that area. Their location is not that convenient, but if you are serious about buying a car from their inventory, its well worth the trip. I did spend way too much time there (over 4 hours) for them to tell me they couldnt help me and low ball me on my trade in value. The manager also said I was in a bad situation, which I agreed with, and that no dealership could help me. He even showed me the numbers. The very next day I was able to get another dealership to help me and give me 3K more for my trade in than Leckner offered. The manager seems young and a bit inexperienced. However, all of the sales people were very friendly. I just wish they had worked a little harder like Honda did to get me where I needed to be. I preferred their inventory over Hondas inventory and would have bought a car that day had they been able to help. But alas, it was not meant to be and they lost my business. I would recommend them if you are looking to buy a new vehicle or trade in a vehicle if you do not have a lot of negative equity in your car. If you have too much negative equity and are looking to trade in your car and try to save money, I would recommend checking other dealerships before driving to theirs.
