This is one of the best experiences Ive had. The service department went the extra mile and I couldnt be more satisfied. Brad went out of his way to make sure I was provided with a loaner vehicle when he discovered the issues with my vehicle and informed me that that the parts required would be delivered the following day. He even had one of his technicians, Edgar, drive to my home to pick my daughter and me up and drive back to the dealership to complete the paperwork for the loaner vehicle. Our family has purchased three cars from Wantz Chevrolet thus far; I will be in the market for a new vehicle in the next few years, and first person I call will be Marvin at Wantz Chevrolet. Thanks to everyone for their outstanding service.
